We called first thing Monday morning after 2 of our 3 hvacs went out. The owner himself answered the call and promptly put us on his schedule for that days service between 3-5. Paul called and asked if he could come 30 minutes early as he finished an appointment earlier, which was great for us. He thoroughly went over both units and got both running to peak performance. Our home was cool and back to normal (45% humidity) within in hours. We will definitely call Service 1st Pros again! Also, Paul is veteran and we love companies that hire vets!! ??

Josh met me at 1:30 and was done by 2:30 and I had AC then. I was nice to me Josh.

The service that I received from Josh was great. He explained to me the problem that was going on with my AC and fixed the issue. The details that he provided to me made me about my AC, I decided to purchases a two visits service plan for this year and will do the same for the coming years. Let me say that the price was right for the first time visit and yearly service plan.

Outstanding first impression. I wasn't in any kind of particular hurry for service, as I only wanted someone to install a new wireless thermostat. Scheduled for a Monday, but they called me day off to potentially reschedule till Tuesday due to other jobs running long. No problem, as they kept me informed and I wasn't going anywhere. So Tuesday morning Brian shows up. Friendly guy, wastes no time getting to work. Knows exactly what he's doing and less than 30 minutes later my Ecobee3 is installed, tested, and working great. While the price might be considered a little steep by some, I definitely feel like I got what i paid for. Brian did an outstanding job removing the old, installing the new, cleaning up, and then giving me a quick run-through on how my new t-stat worked. Very happy and will definitely be calling on Service First Pros again in the future.
