Techs showed up on time, explained everything and had me up and running in about 30 minutes. Courteous and friendly, telling what could be fixed and what I could wait on which wasn'’t in my bugdet. Offered many fianancing offers and a military discount. Overall I will use this company for everything related and look forward to buying my new unit from them next spring. I adamantly recommend you give them a shot to impress you. Everyone was helpful from the guy who answered the phone to the techs and even when we had follow up questions. Best company I could have hoped for!!!

Very professional, quick and curtious!! Came out to fix my air on a Sunday VERY HOT evening , had the extra parts with him so he didn’t even have to order parts and fix at later date!!

Saved the weekend for our family! After our home warranty company told us we would have to wait until Monday to have our air conditioner checked Ken called me immediately after reaching out to Home advisor. He spent at least 30 minutes with me on the phone trying to trouble shoot. He had Paul out the next morning and we have air flowing again. The warranty company put the wrong part on the unit and friend the motor. Thank you so much for your help, awesome customer service, and fantastic serviceman. We will be calling for all future needs.

Paul was on time and told me the a/c unit did not need freon, but instead, took a photo of a wire problem. He made the repair and in time I'll see if it works! Nice guy.

The service technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem right away and repaired. Also checked the freon pressure level and added freon as requested.

The work by Paul was excellent, he was courteous and helpful despite a sudden rain downpour. The level of customer service was above and beyond - Ken kept me updated through the process, and he and Josh followed up with an open line to do everything to make sure I was satisfied. Truly putting the customer at the center through the process, would highly recommend!

Josh Coleman, my technician took better care of me than any company I’ve ever dealt with. He was polite, informative, and extremely helpful. It was raining, and he made sure to put on covers for his boots, just so he wouldn’t track anything in. I’ve not had that personal touch before, and I greatly appreciate it. Pricing was extremely reasonable and they fixed my problem in a quickly. I deal in customer service, and they know how to do it right.
