I was extremely impressed with my entire experience hiring Service First Pros. Pricing was much more competitive than other companies, a tech was sent just a few hours after my request was made, I was updated multiple times prior to his arrival (time frame, info on tech assigned, pending arrival) and the tech was not only knowledgeable, but responsive and customer service focused. Very happy with the results and will definitely enlist them for any future needs. Highly recommend.

Service First Pros are awesome. When Josh open up Service First Pros we did not hesitate to switch to his company. He was our tech for years before he started Service First Pros. He and his staff are very knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair.

The two gents that came to my house to fix my furnace tried everything they could within my price range before trying to do something more costly and I appreciate it.

If I could give 10 stars for customer service I would! Ken & Brian have been over the top with customer service! Other companies should take note!! Brian was on time thorough with his inspection & explaing everything to me. No the news that he gave was not what I was expecting but it was obvious with his findings what was going on with our furnace. And a follow up call by Ken to explain even more options for our repairs. Thanks guys you are a pleasure to work with.

Paul was very professional, friendly and wise about the needs we had. He helped us understand the condition of our HVAC unit and what expected life we might anticipate. Service First Pros was great! Excellent customer service!! They communicated well with me and let me know when they were going to be here, what repairs were needed, and they explained the repairs in detail with me. I will definitely be using them again!

Got in touch with them around 5:45pm on a Saturday; technician (Josh) arrived at the house a little before 7pm; issue resolved by 7:30pm. This may be unusual in terms of how quickly and easily the technician was able to fix our problem, but the response time from Service Pros seemed consistent with other reviews. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and would highly recommend to anyone in the metro-Atlanta area.

Outstanding customer service and Veteran appreciation!! Ken and Phillip exceeded my expectations on customer service, professionalism, punctuality and overall maintenance experience. From the beginning, Ken was sensitive to my concerns and was willing to work with me to make me feel completely comfortable with scheduling Phillip to come out to my home. No pressure felt at all. The communication between the company, Phillip and me was exceptional. As a disabled vet, (Radar tech in the Navy) I like to be informed about any work done to my home, Phillip was very open and willing to discuss what needed to be done before work began. Ken even added a Veteran discount in appreciation for my service. A simple review cannot sufficiently express how happy I am with this one time service and the future service relationship to come. I will no longer worry about my HVAC and finding a tech to service it. Service First Pros will be my first and only choice.

Professional organization! I got a photo of the repair technician before he arrived. He diagnosed the problem and gave me the options to repair it. Quick response to a same day schedule and repair.
