Overall, great work. Very professional and clearly diagnosed problems and went to work. Prices were reasonable. Only problem was I had a bathroom sink plunger stuck all the way down. They found the broken part and repaired it but the next day the sink wouldnâ t hold water. It would drain the sink while I shaved.

Josh was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and offered me options that best fit my budget. I d definitely recommend using service first for all my heating and air needs.

Great service from talking with Ken to set up the appointment to working with Josh to get the trouble fixed. Josh came in, went right to work, found the problem quickly, had the solution put in place and was done in a quick and professional manner. The bookkeeping is awesome. All options are right there on the tech's tablet so there is no paper to worry about, no handwriting you can't read and, most importantly, a digital copy provided of everything (including a picture of the tech before he arrives). Best HVAC company I've used in 20 years of home ownership.

Great customer service, honest and professional.

We awoke at 5AM on a Sunday (a holiday weekend) to find a cold house and cold air coming from the registers. It was 38 degrees outside and the temperature was plummeting so we needed to find someone to check the furnace fast. We contacted Home Advisor - who evidently spread the word and we were called within the half hour by Service First Pros. We explained the problem, described what we thought might be happening and made an an appointment for 10 AM that morning. SFP arrived on time - checked out our furnace - located the problem - had a replacement part on their truck - and fixed the furnace. They took a cursory look at the heating system and made some suggestions for future work. The price was fair and - and the work was done in an hour. We are very satisfied, and we will use them again.

They were helpful and polite and did a good job on my heater. Both Joshes were here and explained things to me. They were the only company that would help me with a complex job.

The representatives were very professional and the work was done in a timely manner actually they were a little early and they were in constant contact with me every step. Service First Pro will be my heating and air company and the way they treat their customers I would use them for other services that are available. I am adding more for the review. As I was looking over my receipt I saw that they actually found another small issue and repaired it at no extra cost. This company is wonderful.

My thermostat failed during a very cold snap. Service First was able to work me in the next day. I have used them in the past and they have always done good work. They stay in communication with the arrival time and the techs are very professional and trustworthy.

A call from this company was within minutes. Service tech was dispatched in less than an hour. Tech did a full check and cost to fix it. Very good company and will use them again.

I added my information to Home Advisor at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning. By 9:45 am I was talking to Ken. By 11:30 Phillip was at my home fixing my heater. Talk about customer service, I got the best I've ever seen. Phillip knew what he was doing, polite, and efficient. I even signed up for a service agreement for my heater. Great company because of their employees.
