Josh has serviced my AC/furnaces for approximately 8 years. He has always been professional, courteous, and honest. What he tells me about the condition of my units, I trust completely. If you want to be able to count on and trust your heating and AC company, Josh is your man.

Showed up on Sunday with no extra charge and provided great service,had my system up and running in short period of time. Plan on keeping this company for my future maintenance needs.

Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. We called Joshua Saturday morning, and he was out to our house within two hours, which was fantastic because we thought we would have to wait until Monday to get t repaired. Joshua was extremely professional and knowledgeable and fixed our issue within 30 minutes, including fixing a shoddy repair that a previous repairman had done prior to when we moved in. Fantastic service, and we will be using them whenever we have issues. UPDATE: Joshua was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. He came out on a Saturday morning shortly after calling him, and his pricing was fair and in-line with where I thought it would be.

Wow, I wish there were more than 5 stars to give this professional. Quick response, I went online after 5 on Friday, Joshua was knocking at my door Saturday at 9:30 AM! Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and expresses sincere thanks for allowing him to meet our service needs. Their name says it all “ Servive First Pros”. The technician was very professional. As soon as I opened the door and he had to come in, he removed his shoes, to not dirty my carpet. He walked me through everything that he did and was going to do. Explained to me everything that was wrong and why it was bad. I truly recommend them and will definitely used them again.
