Visit went very well. Serviceman came at time that was convenient for me.

Service arrived and performed service on our downstairs furnace. The furnace burners would not start. Service guy cleaned pressure switch and flow pipe of debris. Furnace fired right up. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely be calling Mitchell Mechanical again for all our future heating and air needs.

EXCELLENT job. Came to the house to estimate the job, knew exactly what needed to be done, and returned a few days later with supplies and another person to help with the install. It was pouring that day, but the two men were careful to be precise with the outside wall venting, and even wore booties in the house to keep our floors clean. Very professional and skillful. Highly recommend this company.

They were prompt and courteous. I called first thing in the morning and was told they could be out that afternoon. Their office called me that afternoon and told me technician was on his way, and gave me an ETA. Technician arrived at said time, was friendly and courteous and promptly fixed our leak. We will call them again when needed, and I would recommend to others without hesitation.

Mechanic arrived on time, did the inspection, explained the problem and fixed it. Very professional.

We?ve usually had the same individual come out and he is pleasant and timely! He knows the system, and points out things that have changed over the visits. He always comes when he says he will. We have not had major HVAC issues so far, and overall we are very satisfied and I truly value them showing up when they say they will.

Once we moved in and needed service, we found that they weren't warrantying the products and didn't even attempt to help us. They told us that they didn't want us as customers anymore.

We had just moved into our newly purchased townhome 3 days before the heat pump stopped working. Checking the attic, I could smell burned insulation. I called Mitchell Mechanical because their name was on a sticker on the thermostat. The technician came right out, tested the thermostat, then when up into the attic, where he stated that he smelled the burned insulation smell as well. After about 1/2 hour he found that a relay had burned out, and said it needed replacing. He replaced it, and rewired our thermostat, as it appeared to have been wired incorrectly at some point. I was surprised at the cost ($240) but it was an emergency service call, and the part was $140. The unit has worked perfectly ever since. He advised us that we should get a digital thermostat (we have an analog) as it would be more accurate and actually save money over time. I was happy with the service, but as I said, surprised at the cost., which is why I rated it as a 4. The tech found the problem right away, and had the part with him, so the experience was good.

The heat has worked flawlessly since. Since this was a holiday week, I expected that it would be days before we could get it repaired. We were pleased with the professional response.

Smooth as silk! call office tell them what you need they take care of it. They call (follow through ) on service contract. They call you, work with your time lines provide great service tech's who "KNOW" what they are doing!

Front office: Excellent. They will call to remind you service techinician coming at appt time. If tech delayedd, office calls to give updaate on anticipated arrival for tech. Knowledgeable staff. Handles questions well. Good record keeping. Techs: Superb service for installation of ductwork. Very neat job on running ductwork. Techs planned best routes to run ductwork. My husband is engineer & he recognizes quality work. Owner: Very responsive to our needs for most efficient systems to purchase and did not upsell us. I thought we would need whole house dehumidifier as our 1970's home was always humid. Owner advised I wait & live in new home to see how I felt about humidity level. He was confident that w/ new construction (windows, insulation, caulking, etc) we would not need dehumidifier. He was correct & did not upsell us on this item.

As it was under warranty I didn’t have to pay anything. They were great.
