Austin did an outstanding job with a berber carpet that was dirty and badly stained. We had delayed cleaning the carpet until an older dog that we had passed. We weren't expecting much but Austin did a very conscientious job and the carpet came out far cleaner than we expected. His prices were very reasonable for the cleaning, the carpet repair, and the grout cleaning. I own some rental houses that often need carpet cleaning between tenants and I plan to call Auburn Carpet for all my carpet cleaning needs from now on.

From start to finish it was great!

I brought a foreclosure and the carpet was horrible. I decided to try to get it clean, instead of replaced, so that we could move a little faster. After recieving several price quotes from mulitple companies, I decided to go with Auburn Carpet because Austin was very friendly and took the time to explain how and why some companies can offer similiar services at a seemingly discounted rate. On the scheduled appointment day, I was 20 minutes late in reaching the home. Austin waited very patiently for me and when I let him into the home we discovered that the water company had not turned the water on. Since I was his first customer of the day he had to move on but he did say he would follow up with me at a later time. Much to my surprise...he did. I got a call later the same day saying that he filled up his water backup (thingy) and could be at the home in 30 minutes to get the carpet cleaned. When I arrived at the house he managed to beat me there again! :) And the water was on! I was very impressed with the outcome of the carpet.He did an amazing job. His throughness was/is greatly appreciated and his ability to get that GA red dirt out of the carpet is nothing short of a miracle!!! I will definitely use Auburn Carpet again.

The technician did a good job. I have a large slobbering dog that greets me with it's tail between its legs every now and then. For the most part, I take care of it myself, but my best friend told me that my house smells. Febreeze only goes so far.
