They showed up as soon as they could and right in the time frame that they gave us. From the time we called to the time they were working on the issue -it was all of 30 minutes! That is service! They were polite and personable and seemed to know what they were doing. We are so glad to have a plumber that we trust and can call the next time we have something go wrong. GREAT customer service and GREAT job all around. Very, very happy campers here!

Zurn was conservative in the approach and tried to fix the problem and each time when it didn't work would try another method. When it was clear that the minor fixes were not what was needed, I felt very comfortable that the major work that was required really was required! I appreciated that everything was tried that they could first. They are the only plumbers I have allowed to work in my home for 20+ years.

When I called the main telephone number, I received a recorded message letting me know the office was closed on Saturday, but I was instructed to press 1 to leave a message for the technician on call. I was impressed that I was also instructed that if I did not receive a return call within 15 minutes, I should call back, press 3, and leave a message for the Manager on call. I received a call back from the technician within about 10 minutes. We scheduled service for later in the afternoon, he called 30 minutes before he expected to arrive, and arrived at the time promised. Excellent customer service! Because I required emergency service on a Saturday, I had to pay an extra weekend service fee which I expected and agreed to pay before work was done. The service provided was excellent and professional, and I will definitely call Zurn Plumbing the next time I need plumbing services.

Perfect from beginning to end

Felt like the check-up was well done in my apartment. Didn't fee like a good overall price just for a check = 49 + 89 = 138 USD which included a 100 USD reduction. Also, when i received a quote for some work i wanted done, it was just ridiculous pricing. Pointed this put and wanted a new quote which i never received. Wouldn't recommend this provide/supplier to anyone in future.

Mr Zurn and his staff were very timely coming out for an estimate, that turned into project completion on the same day. He applied The $69 travel fee was directly applied to the bill. The Zurn team were careful to protect tbe landscape, work clean, and complete everything within a few hours. Very pleased!

There were additional charges. There was a problem with our garbage disposal and they had to replace it.

Zurn did a good job with the replacement of a water heater, and provided a free follow-up visit to adjust the temperature and even took a look at a loose kitchen faucet. I have recommended them to others in the building.

Fabulous job. Made the appointment over the phone, two days later,brand new state-of-the-art water heater installed. Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, removed ancient water heater, installed an up to date up to code insulated beautiful water heater.

Turn came over and provided a plumbing inspection as promised. The service person was great.

Plumber showed up promptly and got right to work. He described the options and I decided to have him repair the existing copper instead of replacing with a more expensive alternative. The cost for parts and labor was higher than I expected but the job is complete and now I know there is a drain valve that I can use to drain the pipes so they don't burst again this winter.

They wanted to charge me $100 dollars. I said that was not what I read in the deal. They did not collect anymore money from me because they really didn't do anything. They ended up calling their company and they told me there would be no charge. I told them I was not expecting to pay that amount of money if I have a credit for $100 and I wasn't going to do it.

We have used Zurn at 2 different houses. They have always been excellent and have gone over and above expectations. We also used them to install an updated water line from the street as well as a repair to a broken pipe due to our outside faucet freezing. They have repaired shower drain covers that were rusted shut (due to previous owner not using the right screw) etc. We use them for all things plumbing. They are always prompt in scheduling, very professional, reasonable pricing and give a free sponge with every service. We could not be happier and have used them every time anything requiring plumbing has occurred in our 15 years of home ownership.

I was desperate. We had just sold our house and had only six hours to get out. The movers shut off water at the street to get the ice maker disconnected. The movers said there was no water cutoff to icemaker and that the water cut-off valve into the house had failed. Leaving the situation for the new owners to deal with was not an option. I called Zurn, and they asked when I wanted somebody to come out. I said, "Now!" They were having a busy day, but got somebody out in about 2 hours. Aleks and Richard listened to my story and went into troubleshooting mode. They determined that we did indeed have a cutoff to the icemaker and the fix to the main cut-off valve involved tightening a gasket. When they were done, they turned on water to the house. Good as new! I was expecting a $300+ repair, but they charged me for only the cost of the service call. They took care of me when I was desperate, and I know I can trust them for routine calls. I am a customer for life.

The service for the big deal from Zurn Plumbing Service Inc worked out well. I spent more than the big deal. I liked that they showed up on time and did the job correctly at first. I did not like that I had to call them back again and then they re-charged me for having to come out the second time for the same issue. My interaction with the field reps was fine but I didn't know that they were going to charge me when they came the second time. The work that they did turned out fine.

They were quite expensive. The service was good. Quality was good. I'll try somebody else.
