Description of Work: They fixed a pressure regulator and 3 faucets. Everything is working great, so I think the job was done well. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. This house is my first purchase, and one of the techs pointed out some things in my crawlspace to be aware of and to address in the future (had nothing to do with plumbing). I appreciated the helpful advice. I liked them and would recommend to others.

Description of Work: Washer line broke; installed new line; checked to make sure that everything was okay so it wouldn't happen again; washer is upstairs so it was really important to have it fixed correctly. Added new shut off valves to prevent washer leaking again. Great work!

Description of Work: The repairman came out to repair a huge leak under my kitchen sink. He was dressed nicer than I was. Very professional. He fixed the leak pronto and, when I called a few minutes after he left and asked him to come back for some reason I don't remember, he came back and didn't even charge me. Excellent service and quality.

Description of Work: I did understand the fee was due just for the service call whether or not I used the company to perform the necessary work.The service provider explained that the problem (standing water in the yard) was not a plumbing issue. This was helpful to know, although costly just for the service call.

Description of Work: Fix leaking pipe under house

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Zurin. We had a water pipe leaking under the parking lot. The team arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and called to have the gas, electrical lines marked. During this time they drilled pilot holes to get a better location on the leak. When they were ready they dug a small hole, found and fixed the pipe without turning off the water to the condo complex. They left the job site clean. The price came under the original quote. The owner was able to give me the name of a small paving company who came out and placed a patch over the hole.

Description of Work: Zurin sent two plumbers to clean out the catch basin in front of a small condo building which I manage. The customer service department was able to schedule a time that fit my schedule. The team showed up on time, they completed the work in a timely manner and explained to me what they were doing. They appeared knowledgeable about the job and gave me an assessment of the drain lines. The price was the same as my quote two weeks ago. I would definitely use them again as it was a pleasant experience.

Description of Work: The job cost more than I anticipated, however, the end product is great. I think because the initial job did not take 5hrs has predicted, the tech was willing to add another task with my kitchen sink. That seemed to take awhile so I feel the cost evened out with the work that was done. The job entailed removal of corroded cast iron pipes that drained from the kitchen and tub. They replaced the pipes with a larger diameter PCV, lifted and attached them such that I have more space to move about in the crawl space. Though I hated to spend that amount of money, in an old house, it is now or later. Now that portion is complete. His advice was good.
