Family owned & operated. Cost is determined by the job and quoted from a published menu price guide before we begin the work so you know how much it will cost. $69 travel charge. Look online for the Angie's List coupon for your first service call with us. All employees have passed drug-screening and background checks. We value all of our customers, and strive to provide them with the highest-quality service possible. All of our technicians go thru extensive ongoing training to improve techniques and learn about new products. We are not a commission pay company which ensures that our techs will never sell you anything that you don't need. We have won the Angie's List super service award for a number of years now.

EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD - THEY RESPONDED QUICKLY AND WERE ABLE TO WORK US INTO THEIR CALENDAR PRETTY FAST. WHOLE PROCESS ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS FROM ESTIMATE TO COMPLETION. ALSO, I REALLY LIKED THAT THEY WERE CAREFUL ABOUT MY YARD. ONLY MADE A NARROW TRENCH IN THE GRASS, AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. COULDN'T EVEN REALLY TELL I'D HAD WORK DONE AFTERWARD. PRICE WAS ABOUT WHAT WAS EXPECTED. DIDN'T RECEIVE ANY REAL DISCOUNTS.

ON-TIME AND REASONABLE CHARGE FOR TRAVEL/DIAGNOSTICS (THEIR WEBSITE HAD A COUPON FOR FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS). VERY POLITE AND INFORMATIVE. SINCE THE SEPTIC REPAIR KEPT THEM FROM PERFORMING THE TOILET REPAIR, THEY OFFERED TO DO THE TOILET REPAIR WORK WITHOUT AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE IF I CALLED WITHIN FIVE DAYS.

THE PLUMBER WAS POLITE AND WORKED QUICKLY. HOWEVER, HE DID NOT TURN OFF THE MAIN GAS LINE INTO THE HOUSE BEFORE CUTTING AND THEN CAPPING THE LINE WE WORKED ON. MY BASEMENT WAS FILLED WITH GAS, AND ALL THE DOORS IN THE BASEMENT AND GROUND FLOOR OF MY HOME HAD TO BE OPENED FOR SOME TIME TO LET THE GAS OUT OF THE HOUSE.

I CALLED AHEAD TO SCHEDULE A HOME VISIT TO GET AN ESTIMATE FOR WHAT IT WOULD COST FOR ZURN TO REPLACE THE HOT WATER HEATER. I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME. THE PRICE WAS FAIR AND THE PLUMBER MADE THE REPLACEMENT ON-THE-SPOT.

THE SERVICE PERSON WAS ON-TIME, KNOWLEDGEABLE, IMMEDIATELY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND QUOTED A SPECIFIC PRICE. THE SERVICE CALL WAS $55.00 REGARDLESS OF WHAT WAS DONE AND IT DID NOT GO TOWARDS THE WORK PERFORMED. I THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE. THEY DO CHARGE BY THE JOB, NOT BY THE HOUR. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

I REMEMBER THAT I WASN'T HAPPY IN GENERAL. THEY WERE LATE GETTING HERE AND HAD TO COME BACK TO REPLACE SOMETHING. I GOT A CHARGE FOR CALLING THEM TO COME BACK. THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T PRICE IT OUT THAT WAY.
