I will not employ Zurn to do any more work on my house.

Zurn does solid work. You pay for what you get when you work with them, but their quality is excellent. Also had them redo work that other plumbers couldn't get right. Highly recommend.

We had a clogged toilet in which my husband and I spent a couple hours snaking the toilet, shower and sink drains. Since it appeared the problem wasn't corrected we called Zurn Plumbing. Well, unbeknowst to us we had actually fixed the problem (their is a very valid reason as to why we didn't think it was fixed). The Zurn employee asked my husband if he could check out another area in our house, which my husband agreed to. The Zurn employee noted that the valve on the pipe that carries water into our house could/should be replaced. Since the house is 19 yo, my husband agreed to having it replaced, and we did so. So, although we used and were happy with the services received, it wasn't the services for which we initiated the call. It seems that your questionnaire does not allow to skip all of the questions.

Excellent. Very professional and fast....

Made it worse but still charged me extra for the visit. Ended up replacing the whole toilet through Homedepot.

Two service technicians did an excellent job

The company's response was excellent. I called the company Saturday afternoon and they sent someone out in thirty minutes. I was very pleased with the service they provided and their honesty. I would definitely call them again for any plumbing need.

Everything was just bottle book wonderful. The guy just went through interior tap and valve replacement and performed it quickly and he was clean, tidy, polite and friendly. It was company to call or the other people who are like him.

It was okay. They are way too high. I was able to get somebody else to do it and do a good job for a way lower price. They come out to consult and collect the money knowing they aren't doing the work. When they do say they are going to go ahead and do it, it's so high. The guy didn't even look like a plumber. They were very nice. They were just collecting the $49. If you want someone to come tell you what's wrong it's good, but if you already know what's wrong I wouldn't hire them. They wanted $250 for a valve on the toilet that I got done for $50.

They could have charged me less. I did pay an additional. Their structure is a little wrong. They charge per item instead of charging overall time. I may not use them again because of their pricing. Even though I graded them As and some other things that are good, there are other people that can do that for the same or lesser price. If I could talk to them before they came, that might be good and I can tell them what I need them to do and they only agree or disagree.

They were very thorough. They were training someone so it was best they had a trainee and a teacher there so I got a lot of service. The worst was the price. It was expensive. They came in 48 hours. They were early. I had them in the past. They're reliable.

The team was great! They even provided Saturday service on the Labor Day weekend. I will definitely call them whenever I have another plumbing need.

The work performed was not only efficient but was very intentive and had a very rapid response time. They were a great and easy company to work with.

In approximately ONE hour, two technicians came to the property.. They were COURTEOUS, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and THOROUGH. They found the leak that my husband and I could not. They FIXED it. They noticed that the caulking around certain fixtures was missing, so while they were there, they applied caulk to two bathrooms, as well. The coupon we bought was for $49.00. Bottom line: I believe that we have found our plumbing experts.

Great guys, Honest evaluation replaced shower head reviewed fixtures and cost for replacements. Offered advice on temporary options until I could afford the replacements.

What sets Zurn apart the most is that they really stand by their work-even work that was done before we owned the house! They demonstrated EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC. We had a leak in our basement that seemed to occur randomly. They had to come back several times for the problem to be fully resolved, but they waived the fee to come out and only charged us for parts and service, since it was for the same issue. We ultimately traced the leak all the way to the upstairs hall bathroom. They had to replace the shower handles and some of the shower hardware. They also installed an access panel in a closet behind the bathtub, so any future work could be completed without ripping out dry wall. We live in an older house, as the pipes age, future work is likely. I found every person with whom I interacted (customer service to plumbers themselves) to be very professional and courteous. I felt respected and listened to by them. They were so courteous that they asked me if I needed a few minutes more with water before they turned it off. Most people would just say they were turning off the water right then, but that slight difference in language highlights how focused they are on customer service. The plumbers were also neat. They cleaned up well after they completed the work. They even put booties on when they walked upstairs on the carpet. Zurn is a local company, and it makes me happy to support the local businesses in the area. They seem to be well run and have demonstrated that they are highly ethical. I'll definitely use them again.

Zurn Plumbing was very responsive on the phone and sent plumbing tech Michael when they said they would. Michael came in a Zurn truck and uniform, and handed me his business card upon arrival: very professional. This professional demeanor continued throughout the whole engagement, where he methodically checked multiple aspects of the plumbing system before diagnosing the problem and commencing the repair. He also gave me a high and low estimate before beginning the repair, which, turned out to be about two hours of work replacing shoddy parts and workmanship done by a previous general contractor who replaced the double sink top and faucets back in December. This diagnosis did not surprise me, as I had seen some of what Michael described as the problem, but not being a plumber, I hadn't realized it was going to create a problem. He just left, but I feel confident the problem is solved.

I purchased $49 service visit coupon on Angies list, called the rep who came and estimated the job for $2500 - $6000, and asking $300 to diagnose the issue. I declined, and called other company (Bartline Plumbing Services) who did it for $700 with $175 diagnostic fee (included in $700).

Very well. I called right after purchasing a coupon on Angie's list. The person I spoke with was friendly and efficient and was able to send a technician within about 30 minutes. Aleks was polite, tidy, and quick to figure out the issue. He had multiple replacement options and made quick work of removing the old one and installing the new unit. The voucher was $49 for an inspection, and $100 applied to any services done. If no services were completed then the $49 would have covered the visit.

I noticed that water was leaking from a pipe that connects the kitchen sink to the main drain line; the water was leaking from the pipe at the kitchen wall, inside the sink cabinet. I called Zurn at 8am on Friday morning and they had a crew at my home at 1020am. Mike and Matt were great. They were courteous, professional, well-spoken and seemed generally interested in providing the best service at the best price. The job took about an hour and they knocked $50 off the quoted price because it was an easier job than anticipated. I've used Zurn once before and was very happy with the results so I decided to try them again and was not disappointed. Although I have homeowner's insurance, it was worth the extra $$ to me to call in Zurn and deal with a courteous, professional repairman instead of one who seemed disinterested and actually resentful of being here.

They showed up around the time they said, less than two hours than when I called on a Saturday. They snaked out our main sewer drain from our main cleanup, which cleared the first stoppage, then ran a camera down to see why it had clogged up. They then ran the snake down again to do a bit more cleanup and ran the camera down again. Based on what we could see from the camera (there was a section full of small roots near where our sewer line connected to the main line), they recommended another service ("jetting" out the section of roots) to be scheduled later. They gave me lots of info on why I might want to do that and a detailed estimate for what it would cost, in case I wanted to shop around. I would hire these guys again in a second. Friendly, professional, and very transparent around pricing and what services are needed.

Went well - took time to identify the problem and explained the process. I had bought the deal thru Angie's list. It is pricey $322 to replace cartridge. But he was very professional and did everything systematically.

We purchased a "deal" that said exactly "$49 Plumbing Inspection With $100 Credit Towards Any Work Performed" When we talked to Zurn they said it would be $69 to come out and the $49 would be applied to $100 worth of work if we hired them. That's not what the deal said so lost trust immediately and told them no thank you.
