They charged me 199.00 minus 100 to tighten my faucet that took all of 5 minutes plus $49 for special coupon bought through Angie's List

The service technician analyzed the issue with the toilet and stated I had two options: (1) replace the existing toilet with a new one or (2) he could rebuild the existing toilet. I chose the later as it was a less expensive solution for me. The work was completed in a timely manner. The area was left clean.

the men spent almost 90 minutes replacing one drain, then making sure the other drain. I watched them all the time to learn something if it happened again I learned I could not do this myself! They spent a lot of time matching the dual drains and pouring water to test for leaks I took them 3 tries to get it right and they stayed to make sure Excellent marks to both these young men! (Joe and Carlton) To the Zurn Company - KEEO THESE GUYS!

I will never ever use them again. He kept using parts in his truck and tried to make it work for the job. Substandard service. If they use to be good, not anymore.

Excellent. The serviceman quickly identified the root cause and gave excellent advice (which wasn't necessarily self-serving to Zurn) on how to remediate, and explained which services Zurn could offer the best value for and why while also suggesting other contractors may provide better value for certain parts of the work.

Zurn showed up on time, did the work assigned. We have an older home, they inspected the water pressure and shut off valve, both were out of code and needed replacing. Both were replaced.

First appointment addressed pipes it was thought that they had fixed leak. The leak was still there and so a follow up was required to replace faucet. They worked with me to make it right. I would hire them again even though a follow up appointment was required in this instance.

Fantastic. Russel, our plumber, did a great job of explaining the work that needed to be done. He worked diligently to complete the work before Home Depot's appliance delivery that day.

I made an appointment over the phone for several days in advance and then made arrangements to stay at home the day the service was to be done. The planned time came and went, with no sign of them. I called and there was no record of the appointment. It appears whoever I spoke to never actually entered the appointment. Unfortunately, I hadn't documented who I talked to (not that it would have mattered anyway). They offered to make an appointment for a different day but I decided to go with a different company.

Nice guys and gave several options for each of the problems we had.

They're a better price, on time, right down the street. Had to call them a second time because of the faucet they installed wasn't tightened down enough, and they came back. He even hooked up my dryer vent, he was down there, and saw that it was loose, and hooked it up for me. They're great. Everything was wonderful. I would use them again in heartbeat. The next time I need a plumber, that's who I'm calling for sure.

I have had problems with them in the past. We had some miss communication trouble, they were supposed to give me something off another service but never got it. They technician that showed up on the last visit gave me a little discount because of my trouble. They are good about getting here if there is an emergency. The professionalism of the technicians have been fine but the owner is lacking in that area.

The plumber came within two hours of the time I called. They diagnosed the problem immediately and repaired it. They offered a referral for repair of the shower pan, which is not work that they do.

They were great. They were helpful. It was more expensive than we were expecting to cut the pipes down, and add the valves. We had a quick turn around, and had to pay. They were on the higher end. I think if we got multiple quotes, we would have went with someone cheaper. We didn't use them for the installation of the faucets and garbage disposal. Another plumber was a lot cheaper. The emergency purpose for the cabinet guys would be delayed, we went with them. I know we could have found someone cheaper, but their punctuality and everything was A work. I would use them again, especially if I didn't have time. The quality was good. They sent two people. One could go gets parts, while the other one was working.

It went great. A very timely appointment was available and the technician was knowledgeable. Solved my problem in one trip.

The new toilet works well. I was a bit put off by the price, but did it anyway. I was hearing "water" adding to the bowl at odd time; I checked it last night and found a "parts list" in the bowl under the flapper. I believe that is what was causing the water to run.
