He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. The process went very well with no cleanup needed after he was finished.

It went really well. I had a leak on some lead-based pipes in my older house, and they were very competent in fixing it. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. They were absolutely professional and did an overall great job!

Even though is was a two day away appointment, they were able to squeeze us in when they had an opening that day. They were very professional. We were pleased.

They set appointment then called 15 minutes before they were coming. Arrived on time and in uniform with all the parts in truck. They went right to work answered my questions as they were looking at job. Removed old toilet and installed new low flow toilet told me about DeKalb rebate for new toilets and finished the job. Alex is very professional and the job was finished with no mess and the new toilet will save me money in my water bill. I would definitely use them again.

They could fixed it right away. They did a good job.

They are fabulous. Whenever I have a problem I call them. I have never had a problem with them. I do not care about the price, I am willing to pay them, because they do a good job. They have fixed showers, dishwasher and installed a new water heater. They are professional and they are more expensive. Usually the same guy comes out. They are experienced and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with anyone there. They installed a sewer line years ago. They are good about being able to do almost everything. I will recommend them and I would use them again.

I didn't realize when they came in was that there was a fixed price for various jobs...I thought that whatever I paid for Angie's List will cover the whole job but it did not. It only covers whatever portion of the actual job...if you hire them to come in like to install a toilet for like $250 so the AL Deal was 2/3 of that...it was still a good deal but I do not understand how the plumbing companies were. So the deal was not a completed job I have to pay an extra check over and above that. I was not unhappy for that but I just did not understand the nature of the pricing. However, the guy who came in was fine. They were fast and efficient. They came in and did the job with no complains. He did a nice job on bracing the toilet and it was a professional job.

The morning following the recent record breaking cold in Atlanta, I discovered a puddle of water on my living room floor and water leaking from the ceiling. I assumed I had a frozen pipe, despite my efforts to avoid it by dripping my faucets. All the plumbers in Atlanta were very backed up, but when I called Zurn Plumbing, they were able to fit me in. The President of Zurn, Ted Zurn (who typically doesn't work in the field anymore), came out in an "all hands on deck" effort to take care of their customers. Ted was able to determine the cause of the leak was not a frozen pipe, but a leak that was caused by a construction defect, which was made apparent from water dripping through a particular drain pipe all night. He repaired it, charged me a fair price for the amount of work he had to do, and offered to help with documentation for a claim under my home warranty. Zurn's commitment to customer service, and Ted Zurn's professionalism are much appreciated and I recommend them without hesitation.

They were expensive, but they completed what I asked them to do. They are responsive. I would use them again if they were a little less expensive.

Fixed toilet that was running. The only problem was them trying to sell extras that I felt I didn't need. Otherwise very good experience.

It went great! Alex was so professional and did the work in record time to my complete satisfaction. Two of the things I requested were not on the original list, but he cheerfully took care of them. I was amazed that everything I needed was on his truck, plus much more. He came prepared for anything. All the while he was working, my daughter was just in the other room working. She runs a call center from home on her computers. Alex worked very quietly with no disruption to her. I could not be more pleased. And the fact that he came out the day after Thanksgiving, when so many others are closed, was such a help to me. I would gladly recommend Zurns' Alex Rubets to anyone with plumbing issues. The pricing was very fair and for the job, not by the hour. I AM VERY PLEASED.

On Monday morning, Craig comes to the house on time and after about 30 minutes I received a phone call from Craig who tells me that my hot water dispenser leaks and needs to be replaced. Obviously, Eric forgot to let Zurn or Craig know what the plan was and Craig called the office and Eric to find out what the story was. Craig then calls me to let me know they had dropped the ball. Although this probably falls back on Eric, he represents the company and, despite offers to "get it right", I decided that Zurn needed to pay more attention to detail and individual customer service. I told them that I preferred to work with another company.

Original Issue: I have used Zurn Plumbing a number of times over 10 years. I called them again this week to fix my kitchen drain that was draining but was very slow. Zurn told me that I need to replace my pipes for $900+. I said I would look into that but in the meantime could they please fix my drain. The plumber worked on it for awhile with a plunger and said the drain was still slow but better. At this point my sink was full of smelly water and I asked why that was. The plumber said not to worry it would drain. Bottom line is that it did not drain and I was left paying for a service that did not resolve my issue. I called Zurn to complain and was told my complaint would be referred to management. Final Resolution: After a rocky start Zurn Plumbing came through. What was a slow kitchen drain turned into a bigger plumbing issue. After I complained about the first visit two new plumbers were sent out to fix the problem (they were great). Turned out the problem was bigger than just a slow drain. I needed a section of pipe replaced, though it was not the section that was originally identified as the problem. After a consultation between the plumbers, a manager (one of the owners) and myself we came up with a solution. I am happy with the work and the price. I am also happy that they showed up on time for each of the three visits. I will say that I have used Zurn Plumbing for over 10 years and that in the end I have always been happy with the results. This was a bigger problem than a home owner would normally encounter (my house was built in 1969 and so has had a number of plumbing issues). I will always be thankful to them because the first time I called them was in 2001 when two days before Thanksgiving my pipes burst as I was leaving to go out of town. They came over and took care of the pipes while I was gone and did a great job.

It went fine! Would have appreciated it if they had given me the estimate I asked for that for further work. Also if they had let me know they could procure Moen fixtures.

We recently bought a farm. This farm comes with multiple complex undocumented water lines going to all the barns and sheds. I notices a small leak seeping from the driveway. In a matter of days, it turned into a river. I called Zurn at 8:45am. Christie proptly responded and told me she would find a way. She called me back at 9:15am and told me that Eric and Richard were on the way. They arrived at 10am and quoted a fair price for the major job that was at hand. They worked their tails off for 8 hours to fix the job. They even had to leave to go to store to get extra weird parts. They were covered head to toe in mud but leak was gone and water was on. Also, the price was what they quoted even though the project was a bit more than they originally thought. They cleaned up and coached me on how to proceed. Great service and made this unexpected cost not hurt so much. Thank you Fellas!

Did not use. In my opinion the quote was astronomical for the work - digging a trench, laying some 1" PEX, reconnecting, putting the soil back. To make matters worse the technician asked my wife for a check for $119 that would be taken off the $2400 should we place the work with them. I had already spoken with the receptionist at Zurn when making the appointment that I wasn't expecting to be charged for offering someone some work - and my recommendation is that no one pays for an estimate for work like this! Otherwise you are leaving yourself open for businesses to quote huge prices and won't care if they get the work or not (they are already up $119!) A phone call later and the receptionist explained that we should not have been charged, and she would post the check back to us. In the end the work was completed in less than 2 hours by another plumber who charged a more realistic amount. Fair response from Zurn - money was refunded. Job however was done in a few hours, and by a licensed plumber with liability and workers comp.

Technician was very professional and friendly. Did a great job explaining all my options. Their prices seemed very high.

My husband was impressed with Zurn from start to finish. He called and they arrived promptly the next day to send a camera in and then gave him a quote. He decided to go ahead with the work and they were able to complete the job that afternoon. My husband liked that the service manager came out to our house later that afternoon to make sure that the job was going well and that my husband was satisfied with the work. Given that they had to trench our front yard to replace the pipe, our neighbors have commented that they can't even tell that we had the work done as the yard looks as if we just had new sod put it. We were very happy with the work they did and would recommend this company to anyone who needed this type of repair.

They are our regular plumbers. They were excellent. We had several problems occurring on that same day. Our hot water heater broke and we got a new one of those and then the sewer line flooded our basement. And there was a bunch of stuff that was going on. We called them on a Saturday and they left another job and sent a crew right over to minimize the problem. They worked until late that night, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 that night, trying to get the problem resolved. It turned out that they were going to have to bring in heavy equipment which they brought in the next day to get it resolved. They were prompt to respond and they managed the problem in a timely manner. I would say that their price was excellent too.

They fixed a clogged drain for me in my shower. They were fine.

Called plumber saying the water company says a leak on the property. Zurn came out saying it was one toilet flapper value. Well great since its only toilet in the house. They replaced the flapper, per tenant took 4 minutes and charged me $222.64. The part is like $6 so they said the extra money was takes time to get water out of the toilet tank. Told them bs just flush and it?s done. Told them if that?s the price never use them again. They said that?s the price and they are permanently blacklisted from my properties. One month later water company called saying leak on the property. The water pipe in front yard was busted which was the issue. Costs $500 to repair by legitimate company.

They have a wonderful person answering the phone, and the man who came did a good job. He was professional. We had a problem with the toilet, and he did it within an hour. I think he made almost five trips back and forth to his truck. I think he made more trips than that but I'll just say five, and I don't know why. He must have left something. I checked it on him and the toilet had been removed from the area and he had to do some recorking or something like that. He was dressed in a neat way, and I appreciated it very much. I didn't like that he didn't bring his hoodie, I had to asked him to get it. I think you ought to come with your hoodie especially when you're working in someone's house. I didn't like that he didn't address us as Mister and Mrs. Franz. I don't think you should come to do a job and address someone by the first name. I would use them again in the future but I don't want them to send me the same person.
