It was ok. The price to replace the toilets was very high. Two plumbers came out.

The technician arrived on time and was very neat and professional throughout the entire service call. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take him to complete the job and made sure that I understood what he would need to do and the parts required. Then he got to work while I went about my business. When he was done he made sure the entire area was neat and clean and explained the bill and his company's warranty of the work.

I called Zurn the previous afternoon and they were able to send a master plumber the next day. The appointment time was between 10:00-1:00. They called at 9:45 to let me know the plumber was on the way and he arrived about 20 minutes later. Alex was extremely professional. He introduced himself, presented his card, and waited to be asked into the house. I explained that I have had a foul odor coming from underneath both kitchen sinks, and that it tended to get worse when the weather changed. He took a quick look and immediately suggested that the cause may be the Studor valves under each sink. Upon learning that they were 15 years old, he was confident that this was the problem. He gave me an estimate of $265. I asked him to proceed. Alex went to his truck, located the replacement valves and repair items, returned to the house, and had both valves replaced in less than ten minutes. He said that whenever they make a call they like to check the water pressure in the house, so I showed him the water heater and he did a pressure check. He then completed the invoice, accepted my payment, presented me with referral and discount coupons for future use, and departed. Very professional, very thorough, very quick. And while plumbers are not inexpensive, Zurn charges a fair rate. I've used them in the past and will use them again.

Yesterday at about 3pm I discovered I had no hot water coming from faucets. Looked in basement and no water under tank, called Zurn Plumbing and Nick and Matt showed up promptly and by 5:15PM I had new tank installed. I have used Zurn plumbing over the years and never have to worry about the quality of work. Also, all of the employees know about plumbing. It isn't the cheapest but you get good quality and know they will be there if you need them. Nick explained everything they had to do to bring it up to code as it was an old water tank. They have a system that show exactly everything that had been done at your house, time, date, serviceman, etc. I was very impressed with the system.

Michael and Richard were on time, very informative, and very professional. They took the time to explain what they were gong to do, what they found, and my options to resolve the issues, including the costs associated with the options. I have used Zurn for years and think the world of this company. They give you a huge piece of mind because you know you are in safe hands with people who are trained, knowledgeable, polite and are trustworthy. I have recommended them numerous times to others and they have had the same experience.

I needed a leaky faucet and showerhead repaired. They looked at the faucet and showerhead to determine the brands, and then they went to their price book. They quoted me $240 per leak plus service charge. They NEVER examined the faucet nor the showerhead to see if the leaks could be repaired without installing a new cartridge. I asked the Zurn representatives to leave. I then contacted another plumber who came out and repaired both leaks for less than Zurn was charging for one. More importantly, the leaky faucet didn't require a cartridge - something Zurn wouldn't consider. I was very unhappy and will not use them in the future.

Service tech was very professionl, pleasant and helpful. He is the main reason I would consider using this firm again, given he is representative if their staff.

The home we just bought had a non-functional saddle valve on a cold water pipe, and then the previous tenant had apparently resolved this by putting another saddle valve for the fridge water line on the HOT pipe! I wanted both valves removed and a new valve properly installed. I've used Zurn before and they did a good job. Had no trouble setting up the appointment. The plumbers showed up right on time, quoted the work once I showed them the issues, and completed the work quickly and cleanly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

It went pretty well and the toilet it working fine with no more leaks. I would use them again.

Looked at kitchen faucet and quoted a price of 384.00 to install my faucet.There are company's on Angie's list that quote 100.00 to install kitchen faucet.When I said the price was more then 3 times higher then others on Angie's list he said ok and left.

The company was able to come out in a timely fashion and did quality work. The problem was the cost. I was charged approximately $650 to remove toilet & re-install, snaked toilet, rebuilt flushing mechanism. But worse than that was charging $75 each to cover my cracked cleanout covers with another cover that is made of neoprene and fastened with a band collar. I recently saw these neoprene or rubber cleanout covers assemblies at Home Depot for $2.50 each. Their tech did explain the repair & charges prior (to which I didn't really understand until I watched him put his covers over mine.) And supposedly, their neoprene covers do come with a lifetime guarantee. Which means they would get a second attempt to pitch more repairs in the future service call. I probably voided so-called lifetime warranty by removing those 2 neoprene covers and applying copious amounts of bathroom calk to my original cracked cleanouts, then re-installing the $75 banded collared neoprene covers. The take away here is Zurn did good work and came out faster than any other company, but I paid an exorbitant price for extra service I needed - $150 to pop on two covers and tighten 2 screws with a screwdriver.

My husband and I discussed the pricing and told the tech how dissatisfied we were with the amount which was quoted to us from a catalog which we were shown. The tech went outside to make a call and returned apologetically stating that the price was firm. We decided to cancel the work as we had already paid for a $49 coupon for $100 of plumbing. We would rather be ripped off for only $49 compared to the addtional hundreds of dollars they tried to charge us. We immediately called another plumber (master) who we have used successfully in the past and were given a quote that was much closer to what we were expecting to pay! Do Not Use This Company! I made the mistake of falling for their so called "coupon" . Lesson Learned!

Zurn replaced my water heater last week. They were able to be there on short notice, worked quickly but with great attention to detail. The technician was friendly and kept me updated regularly as did the office staff. I appreciate the hard work and great customer service!

Without a glitch. Yes, water was turned off but not for as long as they thought it might take. so impressed that I called around 9:30 and all was done by 4:00 SAME DAY!

Faucets operated as they should.

leak persist for 6 days floor wet drip to the crawl space under kitchen.called 7/16/2014 after servpro discovered a leak in hot water pipe in the upper aspect of kitchen wall. Zurn sent someone next morning. He soldered 18 inch segment of cooper pipe ( 30 min). charges 339$. The worker consulted his Boss twice because I objected that the price to high especially his first fix caused more damage to the kitchen in the 6 days interval. At the end charges decreased to 290$.For less than 2 hrs service >500$ is excessive. Job done well but with steep price

It went fine. I went with them because of the number of reviews and the number of positive reviews and the proximity of the business. It was a straight transaction and everything was up front. He said it would cost so much and that's how it ended up being. I didn't compare the price.

They did a good job. They were here when they said they're going to be here. They cleaned up pretty much any mess they made. They didn't add any additional mess. It's a good quality. It's still fixed.

plumbing at my office was stopped up. they came emmergently and spent all of a saturday purging the lines, and told me step by step what the pricing would be as each step had to be escalated. I felt very comfortable with the proccess and would use them again.

We where surprised to find water shooting out of our yard like a fountain. Having not had problems before we did not know who to call or who would be dependable and reliable. So, my wife thought of ANGIE'S LIST. We called your company gave us referral for our area and we picked Zurn and they came did a great job and all is well.

Although I read the reviews of Zurn Plumbing on Angies list I contacted them using a coupon from my mail because is was worth More money off than the Angies list offer. Our toilet was running all the time and it needed a new toilet kit installed. I have done this in the past but didn't have the time to do it so because I had received a coupon in the mail and read the reviews on Angies list I called Zurn. They sent Ryan out that day. He came on time and was careful not to track any dirt into the house. He said it would cost over $200 to fix the toilet.a Or a new one installed would be over $700. Since I know I could get the kit at Home Depot for $20 and do it myself and I also saw a company on Angie's list that would install a new toilet for around $200 I thanked him for his time- which cost me $69 and sent him on his way. Totally my fault. Lesson learned. I should have asked how much they charge to put new "guts" in a toilet before having them come over. I ended up going to Home Depot where the man helping me choose the right toilet kit told me that I could get up to $100 from the city of Roswell for buying a new toilet and Home Depot would install it for $75 and haul away the old one for $25. DONE! The toilet is in and working great. I just ended up wasting $69 on the call to Zurn.

They do good work and are very prompt. However, if the repairman that gives you a quote on the repair says the work has a lifetime guarantee or that the warranty is transferable to future homeowners, that is NOT true. The receipt we received says "Repair and repair parts are warranted for 90 days". Our repairman even wrote on the quote "Lifetime Warranty". I contacted the company about the discrepancy between what the repairman said and what the receipt stated. They sent a certificate that said the repair was warranted for as long as we own our home. So, just be aware that there are no lifetime warranties and the warranty is not transferable.
