He was awesome, honest and fair. Told me I didn't have a plumbing issue and suggested to talk to a foundation specialist. He admitted he could charge me money to open up the drywall but it would be more cost efficient to call a handyman. I was thankful for the advice and I will use them if I ever have any issues in the future.

Maintenance man seemed very nice and pleasant but later found out I was probably being taken advantage. He repaired a flapper in the toilet that was running. Charged $43 for the part that on the Lowe's web site is at a max $15. Then I showed him a sink where the hot water would not turn off well. He removed a piece from the fixture and stated that it would cost $500 to replace the whole sink since the fixture was so old the part could probably not be found. Unfortunately when he removed the broken piece the hot water faucet that used to turn off with a precise trick of the hand then did not turn on at all. I have since then been repeatedly called by Zurn Plumbing regarding a part to replace another fixture in a shower faucet. The cost for them to replace it is $117 more than the whole shower fixture cost. Fortunately my dad was able to repair the bathroom sink faucet that Zurn plumber messed up when he removed the broken piece. I suspect he removed it so that I would have to call them to replace the whole fixture for the $500 that he quoted. I will not be getting them to repair the shower faucet.

They did it in a very timely manner. They got the item out of the garbage disposal in less than 10 minutes, and had all the paperwork for my coupon. I have no complaints and they did a great job.

All went well. Nice and professional. Explained exactly what was wrong with each toilet and what the solution was before proceeding. Very neat, fast, and prompt.

It went fine. But my feeling was that the price was too high. It was $412 only after reducing the service by the $100 off from the deal. So the totl paid was really $412 plus the $49 paid on the deal up front. Or $461.

Plumber showed up and time performed job quickly and we have had no further problems since repaired.

It was fine but I bought a special from an add that was running on Angie's list. "$100 worth of service for $49" and then when they got here they charged another $20. So I ended up paying $69 for what was supposed to be $120 service. For $69 it was fine but not a good value for $120. I'm certain that anyone would have done this for $69. So the "special" was no special really.

Very punctual, but the ad is extremely misleading. They ended up charging me $309 before the $49 I spent, for very very minimal work done (roughly 20 minutes.) I ended up talking them down to $218 total, which still seemed like a was thrown over a barrel compared to what this coupon was offering.

Arrived at the appointed time, called beforehand to say technician was on the way. Performed all work thoroughly and professionally. Did not try to sell any extra services not needed or wanted.

Introduced themselves at the door and handed me a business card--immediately giving the feel of professionalism! Explained what they planned to do, quoted a set price, and got right to work. When checking after replacing a part, they realized they needed to do it again because the part was defective.Highly efficient, checking pressure in outside faucets, as well. Less than an hour total time. Thankfully, the Angie's list coupon was a help defraying the cost.

They plunged the sink, then cut a piece of piping off from under the sink to allow for better drainage. The drain started leaking & I had to call them back.

Arrived on time and ready to work. He was polite, and informed me of exactly what was going on when so I knew what to expect. He found a way to work around a water shut off issue to make sure the work was completed that day. Great experience.

The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable and performed the work quickly. They were down one technician that day, so were a little late, but explained it to me when I called to check on arrival time. I appreciated him also checking my disposal and unclogging it.

Friendly, courteous plumbing professionals who arrived quickly and did a great job at a great price. Made a recommendation to help avoid the problem in the future, but no sales pressure at all. I highly recommended them.

It was a young man that came. He was very respectful. He was dressed appropriately, very professional and courteous. We are very pleased with his work. He removed our soap dispenser because it wasn't working and came back with the proper part to complete the repair the next day. But what he came here to do was to replace the kitchen faucet. And when he was finished he took a picture of the faucet for us and sent it to us by email.

My hot water heater alarm sounded in the middle of the night on a Sunday and I discovered that it was leaking. Fortunately it was a relatively slow leak but since it is located on the 2nd floor of my townhome, I felt some urgency to have it checked as soon as possible. I called Zurn (I had used them before) on Monday morning. They sent someone out later that same day. Once the service person checked it out, he said that I probably needed to replace my hot water heater: it was significantly rusted and he said that it was likely to continue to leak at an increased rate. I decided to go ahead with the replacement and a second worker was sent to help with the job. They removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment in about 3-4 hours without incident and the new hot water heater works great. I feel confident that I dodged a catastrophe that would have resulted if the hot water heater had continued leaking. The only complaint I have -- a fairly minor one -- the rust from the old water heater stained my driveway, a stain that so far has not faded!

The tech was professional and explain what was going on. May recommendation for future work.

I responded to Zurn Plumbing Big Deal $49 Plumbing Inspection With $100 Credit Towards Any Work Performed. I called on 4/1/2015, to schedule an appointment with Zurn. My call was returned post haste and confirmed for a technician to arrive on 4/3/2015. The main water cut off valve needed to be replaced. Technician Alex arrived timely and explained how he would repair the valve. He replaced the valve checked for any possible leaks of which there were none. Alex pointed out various valves and pipes to me and their function. He was extremely knowledgeable,professional and courteous in his manner. POH nomination!

I was very impressed at first with this company! However, after they discovered that I was getting other companies to come out an give me quotes on a Sewer Line Repair it was like "pulling teeth" to get them back involved. My first impressions and the first work they did was very good; however, I will restate that the more involved it got the more challenging it became. They did come up with an interesting proposal, but in the end I did not think that it was the most thorough of approach after having dealt with other companies and seeing the "lengths" that they were going attempting to figure the project out. In the end it felt like "if we get the business great" but better to get rid of this one, and move on because we don't really have a chance after all. Ironically they were in the Driver's seat from the beginning and they mucked it up with their continued apprehension.

Alex was our technician and he did a good job keeping focused on the work at hand and after making the determination that the water was coming from under the slab he proceeded to cap off the line. The office was very responsive to my request and promptly answered my questions and concerns.

Went very well. They showed up ontime. Fixed my problem and gave me helpful pointers for the future. They didnt try and perform any unuseful services.
