+ -1 moreI scheduled a visit from Wood Brothers on June 30 2006 at 1PM to assess problems with my heating and air conditioning system. No one showed up that day and I did not receive any phone calls concerning the appointment.
Description of Work: No work performed, they never showed up.

+ -1 moreThe service personnel at this company have always been very courteous and prompt with follow through. On the day of installation the servicemen were on time and finished the job as stated.
Description of Work: Originally the company came for a fall check up of the furnace. Some pipes needed changing to meet code. Since the furnace was 19 years old, I decided to go with a more efficient variable furnace rather than pay for new ducts for the old furnace.
