Window Gang

When I spoke to the tech about windows not being thoroughly complete, he began to argue with me and told me he felt the windows were clean. That's nice, but he wasn't paying for the job. I have never had a window company not clean the sill under windows, especiall since water from cleaning drips on window sill. They were still cobwebs and dirt all around window. If you just want your glass cleaned, then this is your company, but believe that was not done well. They were lots of streaks! When I called company to tell them of my experience they did not answer phone and it went to voicemail I left a detailed message and of course, they did not call back. I felt totally ripped off at the end of this job. I have over 75 windows on my house, and they were finished in 45 minutes, if that! So that should tell you the quality of the job.

I have a problem with them that was never full resolved. I have not considering to do it. I'm not completely unhappy with what they did but I must say that I did have small issue with the work that they did that I reach out to them about to follow-up on and they never followed thorough on it. A lot of people purchase the deal so they had a bit of a backlog from what I could tell, well I know they did because I talked to the manager. They were pretty quick after I purchased the deal about sending a crew out to do the initial pressure wash which is to clean the surface to prepare it for paint. A quite of time pass the cleaning part and the staining part. For whatever reason it was like 2 months before they clean the initial cleaning and the application of the staining and this was due to a backlog which they said. When they did finally come out to do stain, they use the right color that I have choose and I'm very happy with the way everything look initially but within a few days I started to notice that it it looked like an inconsistent thing across the board that look like there were sort of more here and less there that might have been because of the equipment they use or maybe they didn't put enough spray down, like they needed a second coat. Shortly after they put that second coat on I'm starting to have an issue with mold developing, discoloration like. Brown and black circle look like they were developing under the thing either the initial coat or the second coat with the supplier and it started to get worst where it was basically across the whole deck. I called them back about the second problem showed them what was going on and the manager there told me that he was going to come out and take a look at it to determine the underlying cost and to see what they needed to do whether that was refresher, washing the entire deck and reapplying a new coat of stain or perhaps some other but that never happens. Basically after double checking my e-mail two or three times, I never heard back from them after that. and that was kind of end of it and the problem hasn't really gotten worst. After they finished the work I call them several days later and told them about the issue and they were very receptive and they actually send another person out to patch up some of the areas that looks like it didn't receive sufficient amount of stain. They were very good about responding to that initial feedback or complaint.It was bit of a shame and a bit of disappointment especially in the follow-up.
