Description of Work: They could not correct connection problems and lost many phone calls...cancelled serviced and they refused to refund unused balance. They advised that they do not refund any money if you paid annually in full unless cancelation is in 45 days of renewal. They did not disclosed this penalty when i renewed in March. This is one company to avoid...

I have used Vonage for about a year. They provide me with unlimited long-distance within the United States and overseas plus one additional line. I have had a couple issues with quality but they have always fixed the problem once I call and let them know about it. I also like that they include a transcript of each voicemail sent to my email inbox. I will continue to use Vonage.
Description of Work: Vonage is my landline phone and voicemail service provider.
