I had spilled a glass of wine over my brand new MacBook. Initially I took it to the Apple store and received an estimate of whooping $850, almost what I had paid 8 months ago for my laptop. After a very short Google search, I found VocaMacRepair. Carsten, the owner of VocaMacRepair, could completely understand my frustration with Apple, told me he would take care of my baby and lo and behold he had it back to me in just a few days a fraction of what the "Genius" had estimated. He charged me a base price for liquid damage repair @ $169 plus parts, ended up having to replace the keyboard and mouse pad. I am very satisfied with the work performed and will recommend VocaMacRepair to everyone.

I found VocaMac Repair on Instagram and brought my computer in the same day for and upgrade. Carsten, the shop owner, was great! He took my same day appointment and had my computer back to me by the next day. He quoted me a really good price and explained a little more about my computer to me so that I can get the most out of it. I will definitely be back to him in the future.
Description of Work: Hard drive upgrade to a 1 Terabyte and a full internal cleaning on my 2012 MacBook Pro
