Im very satisfied with Vital Air's service. Making the appointment was quick and easy. They provide a lot of information beforehand about who is coming to your house which is always nice. Eddie was prompt in arriving after the notification was sent and he did a great job answering questions and performing the work. He completed the Tune Up that I originally purchased, he also fixed the heat pump problem by correctly reprogramming the controller. Lastly, he added some freon since it was a little low. Once the service was complete he sent a nice summary with all the work done with comments and pictures included.

Other than being a little tricky on the schedule -- they'd hoped to get someone to me last night but I didn't even call them until after 7pm so I was shocked they even considered coming -- but they couldn't make it. I got a call early today to set up a new time. I called back around 12:15pm, and they sent Rodney to be there by around 1:45pm. He gave me the heads up that he was running late so we bumped it back to 2:30pm. He didn't actually show until about 3:10, but that's still better than most repair companies I'd come across and they were working me in on short notice. Rodney was quick to diagnose and fix the issue, and he was polite and easy going. This was the second time I've used Vital Air, and I certainly will in the future as well.

Well worth the money! Rodney did a fantastic job, was very courteous, and very prompt. Company kept me informed about arrival time.

All was OK, except the unit had too much freon. The agent brought it down to acceptable level so that the compressor would not be overworked.

It went well. A polite, knowledgeable young man arrived on time and evaluated my air conditioner. He found that I needed freon and I paid him to add the freon to my system. I was so pleased with his work that I signed up for a maintenance package with Vital Air.

System got a clean bill of health, but not confident anything was actually checked seeing as the tech did not know how to adjust the thermostat or open the bower door. He never ended up opening that so not sure how any of that work got done at all. Then he went outside and wanted to perform an 'add-on' service to clean the fan unit... upon inspection, at least one screw was missing and a few others were not secure.

It went very well. Rodney Jackson was the technician who came out, and he was very professional, friendly, and, from what I could tell, very thorough. I think he did a very good job.

It went well. Technicians were on-time (early, actually) and effiicient. They were knowledgeable and professional. Technician provided great advice and did an extra job on the spot for a reasonable extra price. I would use their services again. In fact, I already have on my calendar to hire them for annual tune-ups of my A/C units.

Great. Great service, great price. Would highly recommend to anyone to use the folks at Vital Air. They replaced my 2.5 ton house unit. Called them on Friday, work was completed to my satisfaction on Saturday.

They did a thorough checkup and adjustment to my a/c unit. It was already ok, but I did not know that it could operate better than before the checkup. Angie finally sent me a company that comes exactly as they were programmed to come, and one that does what it says it could do. Congratulations to angie.....and especially congrats to VITAL AIR. I am a happy camper. It is hard to believe that 39.00 could get a diagnostic service in these trying times. This is the first provider to do work for me, from "Angie's List" and my confidence is back. I had given up on the list after the bad experience with the electrician that would not show-up earlier this year.

Very professional from the start to finish. Immediately contacted to schedule appointment and was scheduled within 48 hours and at a convenient time. Technician arrived as scheduled in an appropriately branded truck and apparel. My technician Eddie was thorough and explained everything he was doing to check on the A/C system and ensure optimal performance. The time he spent was well beyond the standard and he took the time to make sure he performed the tune up correctly. I have a fairly new system that is operating efficiently and to specifications, I will absolutely be contacting them again if there are any issues that require repair. This company does it right!

Vital Air was on time and very thorough. Ross gave me a detailed explanation of potential options and was straight forward about the potential costs.

They did a great job! Vital air came out to do a diagnostic check up. It turns out every thing was working but a wire had just come loose stopping my system from running. They did not try to sell me a whole new system. They did not making up parts that broke like i read about online to watch out for in AC companies . The tech was clean and nice to work with. He did not mind my son asking a million question. I will be using them again if any thing ever goes wrong with me system.

I started looking into adding a system to my home. I had 4 companies out to give me quotes. Vital Air was the 4th company and the only one that truly went through the options I had. We ended up just adding a ZONE for the upstairs instead of adding a new system. The upstairs ZONE cools the upstairs great and I sure am glad they helped save me thousands of dollars. I'm not typically someone who takes the time to leave reviews but it's the least I can do for these guys. It's great to see EXCELLENT customer service does still exist. The men who showed up to my house were very polite and respectful of my property. I never had any issues getting in touch with my contact and they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. A huge thank you to the entire Vital Air team. I will most definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

Vital air did a superb job on our new HVAC system. I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I had to share our experience with others so they could experience the same! Vital Air came out to our house just a day after we contacted them and gave us a quote. My wife and I were blown away with the knowledge and professionalism that the company had on the newest technology and advancements in HVAC systems. Since the install, our power bills have been cut in half!!! We are so thankful that Vital Air updated our system.
