The owner, Isaias Silva, will low ball you on the estimate and try to add many things you don't need (he added driveway power wash and whole house painting), then when you contact him to do just the job you need (not including all the BS extras he added), he will just string you along on start dates. Poor customer service, poor communication, and NEVER kept a promise to start work. AVOID!!
Description of Work: Replace rotten rim boards and window moldings and clean/stain deck . Quote was $1200
