Terrible, very irresponsible. Trouble scheduling and returning calls. Came 3 hours late. Cleaned well first time. After that cleaning was not thorough.

We did make several attempts to contact you prior to our arrival, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response until three hours later, when you kindly returned our call and explained the delay. We fully understand that schedules can sometimes change unexpectedly. Regarding the cleaning service, we did inform you beforehand that for the best results, the house needed to be organized. While we recognize the importance of getting the space ready for your guests, we also advised that working in a cluttered environment would limit the quality of the cleaning we could provide. Despite this, you chose to proceed with the cleaning as is, and we did our best to improve the space as much as possible under the circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in a better-prepared environment. If there's anything more we can do to assist you in the future, please don't hesitate to reach out. Excellent! The couple that came out took enough time to really get everything clean, it really sparkled. As a result, I have scheduled them for bi-weekly service.
Description of Work: Via did a thorough clean of my one level house, including hardwood floors, baseboards, ceiling fans, shutters, knick knacks, etc. Amount listed was for 1st cleaning, but bi-weekly rate is much less.
