Description of Work: My neighbor recommended Vaughn Plumbing, after I had a serious issue with a Home Depot-contracted plumber, who was supposed to hook my sink, faucet and garbage disposal (see my separate report on Bynum Plumbing. Suffice to say that Scott Vaughn was at my house within 1 hour of calling him on Saturday morning! and did the required work within 2 hours, all with a positive attitude and extreme professionalism. In great contrast to the individual that showed up at my home at 6:00 p.m the previous evening and basically refused to do the work, even though Home Depot already had my money.) Scott Vaughn even fixed my wobbly downstairs toilet, as he was going out the door, as he said it was "important that we had a stable place to sit.." Highly recommended.

+ -1 moreThey do great work, and they are 50 % lower than someone else that I called. They are reliable and honest. I like the work they do for the price they charge, and I will definitely continue to use them. They were in and out and very clean and professional. I would also highly recommend them, and no problems came up during the course of their work.
Description of Work: Vaughn Plumbing came and fixed a leak in my toilet and fixed a basement drain that was broken.

+ -1 moreWhat I liked about them was that they gave me an estimate and stuck to it. I had priced the same thing elsewhere and they wanted $600 for the job. From answering the phone to the finished product, I was very impressed with the quality of work and the price was fantastic.
Description of Work: I had them replace a garden bath faucet. I bought the faucet assembly kit and they replaced it.
