USA family moving located at 5532 Lakeland Ave Minneapolis not only damaged an expensive furniture, only came with three people instead of the four people I booked, tried everything to let you pay double the estimate, but they also have the dare to make a fake liability form. Complete scam! Be aware!!

They were perfect from the beginning. Great customer service. They call to follow up on your move so you don’t have to call them. I had no issues or complaints and I did a long distance move. I have a few pieces of antiques very precious to me, and the guys took great care of it. If you are planning to move, you should definitely call these guys to help you out. They will not let you down. They will provide you with damage free and stress free move. And they will not charge you much! I highly recommend USA Family Moving.

This is the best moving services company I’ve ever used, and I’ve used quite a few in the past. USA Family Moving is just such an impressive company from start to end. The movers were awesome. They were on-time, friendly, and efficient. They carefully wrapped all pieces of furniture (the couch, mattress, bookcases, mirrors, you name it). Nothing was broken or damaged. The man who came to work that day was awesome and super friendly too. Settling up the bill was very easy since they take credit cards and don’t charge a single cent that was not agreed upon. The rep gave me a lot of advice and was courteous and friendly while doing it. Overall the movers were as efficient as one could want. They had everything organized in the truck in no time.
