Our move was two days ago and I never had a worse moving experience. I’ve moved well over 20 times using professional movers and have never had my home or my belongings treated with less care. My walls were scraped, a window was cracked, furniture was not wrapped, and therefore furniture that was practically brand new ended up being severely scratched. We had been scheduled for the morning and they did not show up until 12:30pm. One man (the lead) complained frequently about where we wanted things moved in our home, sometimes ordering me around. Lastly, furniture was left haphazardly placed in our house and never unwrapped. I rarely write reviews but this was such an awful experience I want USA moving to know this was not ok.

USA Family Moving made the entire tedious move into easy one. Their supervisor was brilliant. He assured us and made us belief that our stuffs were in skilled hands. The moving folks worked very hard. They knew what they do. The team paid careful attention to our belongings and politely asked where to put everything. They were careful, yet everything was managed to get done in a timely manner. Thank you all for a wonderful service. I would use the team in a future move and will recommend them to friends and family.

I had used USA Family Moving for my recent relocation. The moving team was perfect and nearly every person I have met was quite efficient. I hired USA Family Moving very hastily as this move came on such a short notice. But they turned out to be quite awesome. Their movers were all very well trained and knew exactly how to maneuver through my apartment without causing any damage. They were fast too which saved me a lot of money. I really couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. It was great from the initial contact on the phone with the sales rep to the fast, efficient, cheerful and careful movers who packed, moved and unpacked us in just under given time. They didn't scratch a single thing, never complained about the 3-story walk up and checked in with me whenever they weren't sure of something. Amazing moving company. Showed up exactly on time and moved our furniture very carefully. They took apart and put together the furniture. Quote provided to me was accurate. Although the guys were about an hour late due to a truck issue which unfortunately delayed the move from the pickup point. Inspite of that inconvenience, everything was moved to my new location efficiently and the guys were friendly. Would recommend USA Family Moving for a worry-free move.

I have done a few moves over time and was quite cautious on choosing another mover. This company (USA Family Moving) was top notch from initial call to confirmation. Then the move happened. Firstly, the two man team arrived without any tools to disassemble my belongings. It took an hour of consulting with 'boss' and me taking them to a Home Depot to buy necessary tools before the job began. The men did not use a dolly nor straps to move the heavy furniture. As a result, three walls were damaged (gorged, scratched, dented - yes, I have pix). Damage was done to armoire and tv console (also have pix). However, the most sickening part of this move was the sexual harassment received by one of the movers. After trying to sharply put down comments, I was shocked beyond belief when I was invited to see my affect on his nether regions. I had to run out of the building. Poor and slow workmanship is one thing. Being sexually harassed in your own home is another thing. Insult to injury - the final bill was supposedly over $900! I absolutely do not recommend this company.

I used these movers for my move into an apartment. USA Family Moving were easy to arrange and were, polite, efficient and good humoured. Everything provided well in advance, boxes, tape etc. Provided dressing rails on the day so could move wardrobe contents easily. I can recommend them without hesitation. They provide an excellent service at a competitive price.

This was a great experience from beginning to end. Adrian was responsive and helpful in explaining the process and fees, Mike responded as promised with the scheduled time confirmation and Niko and Robert were excellent wrapping the furniture and loading and unloading the truck. All were professional and responsive during the process. The only surprise was when I scheduled I was told it was a minimum 2 hour move + 1 hour travel and when they got there Mike told them it was 3 hour minimum + 1 hour travel. It turned out that we needed most of the three hours anyway but that was different from what I was originally told. Again Niko and Robert were great, making this move on an extremely (90 degrees) warm and muggy day.

USA Family Moving was fantastic. It was a difficult job with all the packing that had to be done at the last minute. Everyone was very careful with our belongings, taking care to put extra tape as needed and keep boxes with fragile items straight up and heavy items from getting on top of lighter things. Everyone worked very hard and was no polite, true professionals. We could not have been more pleased. Amazing moving service.

I would like to thank the sales team and the movers from USA Family Moving for providing me the best possible price and service. They were just flawless. The movers had the full control over the whole proceedings. They never looked, confused, shaky or out of sorts. They had their certain plan and they kept on following the checklist. It was a stress free move, which was completed within the initial quote and schedule. I hardly had to monitor them. They were just awesome during the entire move. Highly recommended.

I had hired USA Family Moving for my recent move. The customer relations officer was very good and took care of all my concerns. They gave affordable rates compared to other companies and final price did not exceed the quoted price. They are licensed and insured as well. I am very happy with the service. Bottom line, I got my move done quickly, all my belongings moved with no damages and they set all my furniture in the rooms the way I want it. Next time I definitely am going to call them again.
