There are very few moving companies out there who are as honest, reliable or efficient as USA Family Moving. They promised me the safe delivery of each and everything I own. They did just that and more. It is not worth judging how well the movers work unless they deliver your belongings safely. When they delivered everything to my new house, nothing was missing, broken or damaged. They were punctual, polite and cost effective while being at it. There is no reason why I shouldn’t hire them again.

This was not my first long-distance move. I was really picky when choosing a company. Seeing on the webpage of USA Family Moving that they were professional movers and made me feel comfortable. I would recommend these guys to all my friends and family or someone looking for an honest company.

I have moved several times in my life. I've had okay experiences in the past but USA Family Moving were definitely the best I have ever had. No wonder people praise these guys so much. They came on time, picked up all my belongings and left within a very short time. I received the delivery just in given time and found all my belongings in great condition. I am sticking to these guys.

The answer is USA Family Moving. These guys never quote irrationally. The crew is always so professional and helpful. I have never found them misbehaving with me or mistreating my valuables. In fact, after 4 moves with them, I am yet to have anything broken. That really is amazing. This company means all business and I am grateful to have found them.

When I needed to move the entire contents of my home, USA Family Moving made the job easier than ever. They showed up at my house on time and had my furniture moved within a few hours. All my furniture showed up at my new house when promised and completely un-damaged.

USA Family Moving is one of those movers whom you can trust. They did not give me a single reason to doubt them while they were helping me with my long distance move. They are polite, efficient and hardworking. I was happy to see that none of my belongings were damaged. I was very scared that they will screw something up for sure, but nothing as such happened. The people at USA Family Moving are super friendly and professional. The moving crew arrived early in the morning. I had more than 20 boxes, kitchen table, sofa, chairs and a huge flat TV. They moved all my things in 3 hours and not a single damage. They worked hard, each of them was efficient and they only took one break. They are very respectful. Because of them, my move was a success.

I hired USA Family Moving to move my things last week. The movers they sent were very capable and experienced. They systematically worked together to pack up everything and then load them to the truck. Even the truck was very spacious and brand new. I knew my valuables were safe in their hands. I was proven right when they delivered everything in excellent condition. Not even a glass was broken. It was a great move and I’m very thankful.

USA Family Moving listened to my needs, then they handled my possessions carefully as though their own and didn't leave until everything was placed in its right place. They packed and unpacked with ease and placed the furniture where I wanted. The crew was very personable and polite. They even moved our piano a second time for us with a smile on their faces. They were also quite speedy and were done in less time than we anticipated.

Right when I began talking to the sales rep on the phone I was understanding that these guys knew what they were talking about. Every question I asked I was given the answer to both verbally and in written form. The movers were on time picking up and dropping off, calling before they got to both places to make sure all was still on schedule. The movers were quick and careful with my things, working professionally and not damaging anything. This was a good move.

This was the first relocation and I was so tensed. My sister advised me that I hire USA Family Moving to do the job. I called them and suddenly I felt like my stress went away. The customer service was extremely friendly everything was explained everything to me very clearly. The crew of four men arrived exactly on time and they were all very efficient. They brought a lot of packing materials with them and put them to proper use. They carried large pieces of furniture with ease. They managed to deliver all my belongings safely.

All four men from USA Family Moving that worked our job during our last out of state move were courteous, respectful, kind and clean. The crew arrived at the agreed upon times and got right to work. They were constantly in motion and worked well together. They were patient when we asked for a reposition of some piece and were willing to double-check and adjust the washer and dryer and make sure each was level. There is no doubt we'll be using their services next time we move and we highly recommend this amazing moving company.

I couldn’t believe I had to move in these troubled times with no job. I was very sad already about the move. So I just hired a moving company to take care of the move. USA Family Moving delivered on what they promised. All my stuffs were packed, loaded and transported immaculately. They have some very capable and experienced movers in the company. I suggest you hire them for your move as they really make it easier for you. I must also add that none of my stuffs were broken or lost and they charged very rationally.

We have had terrible experience with the last moving company we hired. This time, we weren’t going to hire any inefficient company. One of my friends suggested the name of USA Family Moving. When I called them, they gave me a very fair quote and I was satisfied with that estimate. Their crew of four men arrived 10 minutes early, which took us completely by surprise. Then the men started working and they were done in no time at all. I couldn’t believe it. Absolutely nothing was broken or damaged, or even scratched, when they made the delivery. I think this company should really market better because they are just too good and people need to know about them.

I needed some help moving and found these guys. I'm super glad to have hired them because a lot of other companies are just careless and don't put any care into your belongings but these guys were great. If I were to ever move again. I will call USA Family Moving.

Moving is too stressful to my taste. After my job offer came I had to move my belongings. My sales rep was experienced guy. He also priced out all the options for me and helped me figure out the best one. Calling to book was a breeze. They were punctual and friendly. They were efficient with taping up and wrapping anything. It was like a constant team moving. Do not go any further, use USA Family Moving. I would recommend them to anyone. The whole team was highly experienced.

I have hired them to move our two small flats and move them all the way to another state. Every piece of furniture from two different addresses was carefully packed and delivered quickly. There was absolutely nothing to worry about, not even additional charging in the end. We paid an affordable price and that’s why we shall use USA Family Moving again.

USA Family Moving to be really creative while packing my things. When the men arrived at my home, they got to work immediately. They were very creative with the packing, using newspapers, cardboard boxes, bubble wraps and plastic sheets. Everything was so neatly packed, even the workmanship was fantastic. All my belongings traveled well. I couldn’t praise these guys anymore.

My family very pleased with the level of service and professionalism from every employee. The estimate was accurate, crew came on time, very organized job all furniture was packed fantastic, only few hours and my 2bdr apartment was empty. Also dispatcher was very nice and polite always keep me update with correct information.

When I called USA Family Moving for a quote, the guy on the phone really impressed me. He approached me with great respect and asked me thorough questions about my belongings. He promised to take good care of my valuables and he really did! He sent his men on time, all ready to move me! They did such a good job packing my belongings and delivering them to my new house. I have utmost respect for the skills these guys have.

There were a large number of hidden costs, a four man crew did not come prepared to protect flooring in new home with shoe covers (unless you pay for additional plastic) and would not have two movers inside and two outside. Because I did not upgrade to their premium insurance they offer, the thousands of dollars in damage due to their neglect, lack of experience and carelessness resulted in an offer for a few hundred dollars. The promise of experience and care for property was not delivered, and they were not willing to take accountability. Damage can occur with jostling in a move, but when you see a couch set on its side/angled, a bookshelf loaded diagonally, a beanbag dragged across the garage and driveway and movers that break a leg off of a table before even leaving the property (on top of many many many other examples) this isn’t standard moving damage, this is lack of experience and lack of care. So the contract was not upheld. If I would have accepted the damage offer I also was required in the settlement to remove all negative reviews (or honest reviews based on my experience). So be skeptical when you see a majority of positive reviews as more than likely people were required to take down negative reviews in order to receive a settlement. Therefore it does not allow consumers to see honest reviews to make decisions. So the BBB rating, Angi rating, etc is inaccurate

This is the best moving service I have tried. They took great care of my property while loading, transporting and unloading. Paying exceptional close attention to my fragile items. The price was great and the service that I got was outstanding. I have tried other movers in the past and didn't have the experience that I had with them. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs to move and needs help doing so. I am very happy that I chose USA Family Moving.

USA Family Moving was a blessing to work with; they showed up on time which was my biggest request. The foreman introduced himself and his team, and they got right to work. We were worried about the amount of stuff they had to move, but they made it look easy. Everyone was very polite, and I have never seen people work so hard. We felt very comfortable with them.

They were awful. Broke our tv, lost the legs to one of our couches, broke a shelf and dinged, scratched or chipped a bunch of our furniture. Most of our furniture is old and/or pretty cheap, but the way they treated our items showed a serious disrespect for them. Movers are supposed to reduce the stress of moving, this company did exactly the opposite.
