They've moved us 3 times and they've been great every time. The guys are quick, courteous, and friendly. They're very careful with our belongings and always ask where it should go before setting it down when we get to our destination. I would specially mention about their sales rep, dispatcher and the foreman. They have been just great last time.

We had several quotes from other moving companies but only USA Family Moving came close to our tight budget. On the day of the move and his team made everything go so smoothly that it wasn’t half as stressful as I thought it would be. Our stuffs were packed with good technique and safely loaded. They were incredibly accommodating as I needed some other furniture to pick from a furniture showroom on the way to our new property. Not a single scratch, no damage, everything fragile was handled carefully. This is the second move I have done with them - excellent service.

Best moving experience so far. This was our first time hiring a moving company and USA Family Moving was thorough, transparent and very friendly. On the day of the move, the crew showed up on time and was very friendly and careful with our stuff. They managed to carry our very heavy sofa bed up two flights of stairs (it wouldn't fit in the elevator). Yes, they are that dedicated. If we have to move again, and I hope it won't be for a while, we will most definitely use USA Family Moving.

My relocating experience has never been that good until I hired USA Family Moving. They performed amazingly though. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the truck with my valuables. All my breakables survived the journey. It was a flawless performance by the movers from USA Family Moving.

Terrible. We wanted to support a local business in these times of crisis (COVID). We picked USA Family as they were highly rated by Angie’s list and they had good reviews. We had them come and give us an estimate. Everything was good until we picked them and paid a deposit. Four days before they called and said they were all set to send the movers on May 27th to pack everything. Except, we had agreed for the movers to come on the 26th. We compromised and agreed to 27th. On 27th, they packed some rooms and left a lot of them unpacked. When asked, they told us not to worry, they’ll get that done very quickly on May 30th, our moving day. On 30th, they were supposed to arrive at 8am. They didn’t show up till 11am. They brought a small truck which we knew wouldn’t fit everything in our 5 bedroom house. When asked about it, they assured us that they are experts in this and not to worry. After 6 hours they were still not done loading. We had to push them to move stuff that they had loaded and come back for the rest the next day. Luckily, we were moving just 10 mins away. When they brought the stuff over, we had to ask them to leave most of the things in our utility closet and garage and set up our beds so we can sleep for the night. Come to find out, they had not loaded one of our beds. Plus we had to push them to set up the others. They lost the hinges for our refrigerator and scraped paint off of some walls in our brand new house. They returned three days later and brought the rest of the stuff. We are still fishing for things as boxes are mislabeled. In the end, we ended up paying them $4,509 for the shoddy work when the estimates were $3,143.50. Very disappointed in their service.

Everything with USA moving went great. They were the first to respond to my inquiry, told me what i needed to know with absolute customer service focus and no pressure to choose them. There were no problems with scheduling, even when I requested to move up the date. The crew was friendly, polite, respectful, hard-working, and efficient. The final invoice was what I had expected and actually several hundred less than I had budgeted. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone hiring movers. Great experience.

I hired USA Family Moving after a recommendation from my boss. When I called them, they seemed very friendly. I was handed a quote that seemed only reasonable. Their movers arrived right on time to pack up everything. I wasn’t sure how efficient they would be. But they packed up everything very fast with precision. It’s a good thing that they were fast because it saved me a lot of money. They made the delivery on time and nothing was damaged. All the boxes and furniture arrived safely. The final bill didn’t exceed the initial estimate. It was a very happy relocation with a reliable moving company.

I needed some help moving and found these guys. I'm super glad to have hired them because a lot of other companies are just careless and don't put any care into your belongings but these guys were great. If I were to ever move again. I will call USA Family Moving.

My move couldn’t have gone any smoother. Thankfully, I had hired USA Family Moving to take care of belongings. When I called them for a quote, they were very friendly and quoted a very reasonable price. They sent over 4 men who were all properly equipped. All my things were wrapped carefully and loaded onto the trucks. I asked them to take extra care of my grand piano and they complied. I received the delivery of all my things on the scheduled date and they were all in great condition. My piano didn’t suffer any damages, not even a scratch. I really applaud these guys for doing their job right and making it so much easy for me

Since the moment I hired them, they have kept me in loop through emails. The movers didn’t delay anything on the moving day. They had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs but it really didn’t bother them. In the end, the delivery was also made on time. The final bill matched the quote and I couldn’t be any happier. In fact their prices are much lower than the best companies in the business. But they provide you a superior service. I hire USA Family Moving to do the job. I was quite skeptical thinking that not even god could move furniture in such terrible state without destroying them completely. But I was very gladly proven wrong by the very capable movers sent from this company. They wrapped all my breakables with caution. Even the edges of my furniture were wrapped in tapes. I must say, they used a lot of tapes. They arrived at my new house on scheduled time. Then they unpacked everything and put each thing exactly where I pointed them. I can’t believe how underrated these guys are.
