I must admit that I cannot find anything to be upset or unpleased with about the move. Johnny and his crew of 2, were great! Johnny made sure we walked thru the house and show him what we wanted moved and again at the end of packing up the truck, we went thru every room. The crew was fantastic. All the floors were covered. They were courteous and stayed masked thru out the process. We were surprised that they hand carried everything out of the house and did not use a dolly until they were outside. They worked from the time they got there until they left for the new house and repeated the process. Extremely good workers. Johnny, at the end of the move again walked us thru the house to make sure all was right! We are extremely pleased we chose USA Family Moving and would without a doubt recommend your company to anyone. Even the sales person, Scott called to see if everything was going well. There wasn’t even a surprise when we got the bill. Thankful for that, too. I’m so glad we finally, after email mix-ups, were able to get a quote.

USA Family Moving made my move so easy. I hired them after my friend suggested them. They took over all the responsibilities on their shoulders and did such a fine job. They maintained their schedules and transported every piece of my belongings safely. The customer service was very helpful at every point during this move. They didn’t even charge anything extra in the end. Hiring these guys really paid off for me.

From the day we called to schedule the appointment, all of the people that I have talked to and worked with were GREAT! On moving day, a team of three showed up on time and did an outstanding job! They were very attentive to both our houses and furniture. They made sure that they packed everything so that all of our furniture was delivered without any damage, plus they placed protectors around the doors and corners to ensure that they didn't damage any walls. In addition, they were friendly, courteous and hard working!

I hired USA Family Moving last week. They are extremely efficient, courteous, friendly and extremely professional. If you look up the word “swift”, you’ll find the pictures of these guys. They packed everything so neatly. The drivers did a great job communicating when they were arriving. All in all this company has everything. I was so happy with them that I enjoyed helping out myself in any way.

Last week they moved me out of state and they made no mistakes. The packing and moving was done professionally and carefully. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. OVERPRICED. BAD SERVICE. OWNER REFUSES TO DISCUSS THE SITUATION AFTER THE MOVE!!! YOU. WILL. BE. TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF. Complete customer service failure. We moved on Friday 20th, 2020. I paid for 12 hours with four movers for what SHOULD HAVE BEEN AN EIGHT HOUR JOB!!! That was according to a crew member during the move! Crew was overall lazy, distracted and self-interested. Mainly interested in doing as little as possible as slowly as they could do it. Lots of cell phone time, arguing with me over what we shouldn't move because it's too heavy (grill and potted plants etc) and slow-walking everything. To be fair, there was one crew member (ONE out of FOUR!) who was consistently working. The crew leader was utterly worthless. He was arguing about what we should move and what we shouldn't ALL. DAY. LONG. I had numerous debates with this kid and finally lost my cool and told him if I could have moved it myself I would have. THAT"S WHAT I WAS PAYING HIM $250 AN HOUR FOR! He still was arguing with me later in the afternoon and was even asking me to help unload. We were doing a simple consolidation move from an apartment and a storage building into a house. Nothing more than household goods. We were packed, boxed, labeled, and ready to go. The first 6 hours went tolerably well. The next four hours were a near total waste of my time and money. I tried every trick in the book to keep them motivated. I even bought them lunch with out-of-pocket cash. We provided numerous snacks during the day. At one point I had to go find one of them hiding in the cab of the truck.

I am grateful to USA Family Moving for the way they handled my last move. That’s why I am recommending them. If you love your valuables as much as I do, look no further and hire these guys. Movers from this company were highly experienced. They packed everything thoroughly and my furniture was treated with care and delicacy. Nothing was broken or damaged when they were delivered. They saved my time by maintaining their schedules and working fast. I was able to take some rest at the end of the day as well. The move went smoothly but the cost remained cheap. I can assure you they will not displease you.

I’ve just moved to my new apartment and I must say that they did the job timely and professionally. They came on moving day right on time- dismantled all my pieces of furniture carefully, packed my belongings and moved everything to my new place. The crew are very much sincere and honest. I called USA Family Moving solely based on their reviews on the website and I am so happy I did. The movers were three young gentlemen who were fast but extremely careful with my items. I have a lot of older heavy furniture and they were able to get everything moved without damage. They wrapped the furniture carefully to protect the pieces from getting wet. They were fast, efficient and friendly. The price for the move was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in an instant.

Not only the movers from USA Family Moving were efficient and professional, they were also extremely friendly. I might have just found the perfect moving company who really shows a lot of care for my valuables. They handled my last long distance move very smoothly. The movers were so strong; they carried my heavy mattress with such ease. I really can’t praise these guys enough. I just couldn’t believe my eyes.

I was in a bind to find movers as other moving companies were either booked or had unreasonable rates. Luckily USA Family Moving was available able to move my furniture and boxes with great care, friendly service, and reasonable rates. Amazing service.

I hired USA Family Moving to help me move my valuables. Their men were so polite and efficient. Their work was absolutely meticulous. But what really impressed me was their ability to smile every now and then. They obviously had a very good relationship among themselves and it showed all the time. First of all, getting a quote from them is very easy- you can get one over the phone or even online. Their sales rep explained everything to me clearly so I wouldn’t be surprised through the process. The movers they sent were efficient and experienced. They wrapped up packing within given time. Delivery was made on time and all my items survived the trip. Lastly, their price is reason enough to hire them. I am satisfied with their performance.
