Everything went as expected. They came on time and with necessary equipment. They had attention to details and not a single scratch was made on furniture. They finished the total relocation process ahead of schedule. My entire office colleagues praised me for hiring such an efficient moving company. They are highly recommended.

USA Family Moving sent four movers and two trucks to move us two weeks ago. We had done the packing ahead of time. The movers were very quick and careful loading the things. Some of our rather delicate items were excellently loaded by the crew and every piece was delivered without a single scratch on any of them. We hired USA Family Moving to move to a new house. The staff were friendly and the cost was affordable. The movers were punctual. I'm giving 4 starts, though, because our $300 bookcase was damaged and now wobbles. (We felt the movers could have been more delicate.) I called the company and was told the manager would call me back but I never received a call.

I am pleasantly surprised that everybody working in this moving company is polite, diligent and well mannered. When we called the customer service, they answered us requested to call us back. I actually thought he would not call back but within 10 minutes he did and our move was scheduled to take place a couple of weeks later. I am glad for the great service.

Despite the charge these movers did not charge much, they did excellent job better than what I have got with any other moving company around. This tells me that good things can still come at cheap cost. The service was on time and perfect in all aspects.

Quick.They jtheyjamed all.my clothes in a big box. They took all the electric cords and formed them into a big ball and. Tossed it in one of the boxes with little thought as from where they came. And where they go.They plugged in my bed but not my chair. The connection to the chair is very low and was very hard for me to get it connected. I am in a wheelchair so it's not easy for me to get around. It took me about. Four days to get it sorted out. It was only four rooms but the stuff was so jumbled that I had to sort it out and then take it to where it belongs. Doing this in a wheelchair is very hard and time-consuming. I fell for the veterans angle but got no break in price or service. I guess feel a little disappointed but what is done is done

There is no relocation company that I know of which can be compared to USA Family Moving. There are many relocation companies I have worked with previously but none of them displayed the high level of professionalism that USA Family Moving did. These people were very awesome and the work they did was so memorable. Those are the kind of services that one would go for over and over again.

Awesome- this was a great experiment. The company was attentive, constant communication, promises made and kept, price was exactly as estimated, crew was professional, on time, courteous, considerate, and fast. I have used other movers and they don’t compare. I highly recommend this company.

All three men were very professional, packed everything very carefully and had all the materials to sufficiently wrap all furniture and valuable items to ensure nothing got broken or ruined.
