The office team was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. My moving team was just phenomenal. These guys do a great advertisement for the company. I was impressed with how well they worked together, and not only were they polite to me but to each other as well. They offered little extras such as carrying things to my car if I needed. They finished half an hour short of estimated time which I appreciated. Great job

My work requires me to relocate every few years. Each time I have to relocate, I hire the same company to help me- USA Family Moving. They are just good at this job. I hired them for the first time a decade ago because their quote was unbeatable. They still give the best prices. The best thing about them is that they stick to the quote, meaning no hidden costs. It is such a relief for people like me who spend so much just on the moving cost. On top of that, their movers are very efficient and their trucks are top notch. I always move with ease with these guys and they take such great care of my belongings. I have a soft corner for this company for sure.

USA Family Moving helped me with my move a few weeks ago and they did a superb job. The foreman and his team came on time and waited for me to arrive. I was not home and was a bit late. But they still picked up the pace and finished in time. Every item was nicely moved onto their big truck. The delivery was on time too and everything arrived in perfect condition! I just completed the move with USA Family Moving and all I want to say is that they are fast, efficient, and all my belongings went from one place to the other without any problems. I moved from two bedroom apartment to one room apartment and I cannot tell you how happy I am. They did a fantastic job. Their customer service was spot on and so was the delivery. Will contact them again in the future. Not to mention they offer you the most competitive rates. It was a good move. If I have to move again, I know who I will call.

My moving experience with USA Family Moving was better than I could've imagined. They were so professional in how they handle one's property and even more so with how the movers treat one. Thanking you is not enough. I had to write this review. I am so impressed by the work USA Family Moving has done for me. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. The sales rep, the foreman and his crew, the other crew on the other and the manager are all great folks. I did not have a single dent on anything. All I want to say is that I am very glad I chose this mover and I will recommend to everyone. Who knew moving would go this easy.

I hired USA Family Moving because they were recommended by a friend. They gave me a very reasonable quote and promised to take good care of my belongings. The crew of 4 men arrived right on time. They packed everything carefully and properly and then loaded them onto the trucks. I was very pleased to see how they put everything in trucks trying to minimize damage later on. My belongings arrived right on the scheduled day and everything was in good condition. I certainly understand why they have such a good reputation. They really are the best in this business.

🫣😕😠 Beware there sales pitch is crap, I wrapped & taped the majority of the furniture what I didn’t they said they would they didn’t. Now I have large gouging scratches in my oak bedroom set & walnut coffee table. They shattered the glass in the oak entertainment center dropped the expense leather couch(a metal bar broke from underneath poking through) A piece of a tall column lamp broke & the removal of the frosted glass shade not meant to be removed, a mirror that was padded wrapped taped and placed in a dresser drawer that was wrapped, taped. They offered to take the broken items to dispose of not thinking I agreed. Then they put them in the dumpster i just moved into causing it to be inaccessible in which a tenant made a complaint i would have received a violation from management and charged for removal and haul away of items if I hadn’t stopped them as they were leaving they loaded items back in the truck & took it with them. After being told someone would contact, I called Nygil the person that coordinated my move. He wasn’t aware anything was damaged. 5 mins later John the owner called me saying I signed a release of liability, he then tried 2 pursued out of a claim, saying I would be denied for various reasons. Asking do you still want to pursue a claim I replied yes mail the packet please. That form or agreement you have to sign contract for services is nothing more than a contract of clauses and loopholes your agreeing to and pay for. This company will say anything to get your business and brake your things on delivery then shift the blame on you for preparing the majority of your items to be moved the items not wrapped they said they would wrap but failed to do those items were damaged. then offer to dispose of them so you can’t file a claim. Photos below are of the couch they dropped & broke it bringing it in all the other broken damaged items they took with them they were damaged coming out of the truck.

USA Family Moving were professional and very diligent. I called around to a lot of different companies and got a lot of quotes. They were by far the best and great to deal with. The crew was very personable and friendly when it came to the quote and then confirming the job. The crews that moved our furniture in were outstanding. All of our items arrived in time. I was very happy with the service from this company at every level and would easily recommend them to friends. Thank you so much again.

The movers from USA Family Moving made it seem like non-issue. They tackled the job so professionally and efficiently. No walls or floors suffered any damages while they carried big pieces of furniture through that narrow corridor. I don’t even want to know how they managed to do it. I was just glad my pieces were out of that house and on their way. They delivered on time and my valuables were safely transported.

I spent a few days researching several moving companies and USA Family Moving had pretty good reviews so I hired them. They loaded my belongings; in terms of my goods to be transported. I watched them stack the boxes in the truck and they did it pretty easily. It looked really neat and I was sure the stacking would ensure I would have no damage at all. Honestly, customer service was great and they were very co-operative from the very start. There wasn’t anything damage when they delivered and I was successfully relocated without any hiccups.

Three movers from USA Family Moving showed up right at 8am to begin our move. They guys were excellent. They were extremely efficient and careful with everything. There’s a lot of stress when it comes to finding a good moving company. A lot of them have uncoordinated staff, sometimes rude or reckless. USA Family Moving was a different experience for me, the staff they sent paid attention and followed through with my instructions. The team handled my things carefully in both the moving out and moving in processes. They were nice and quick to handle some of the changes I made. I was not expecting such good service at first. I would definitely use their service again and recommend it to anyone.

I am absolutely lost for words given how USA Family Moving managed to handle my last move. They were on top of everything the whole way. It was so easy getting a quote from them in the first place.
