I just wanted to thank USA Family Moving for their hard work this past week. I was very pleased with the service and the guys were very polite and courteous. I had contacted several movers prior to hiring this company and you guys gave me the best deal. I would definitely recommend your services to friends.

The guys involved with our move were very efficient and careful with our belongings. They were polite and friendly and moved quickly but did not make us feel rushed. We moved one household of furniture into two separate apartments, and everything was handled very smoothly & professional.

My kids loved the process especially when they were able to put their things in large boxes and label them themselves. Of course the easy going attitude of the moving team and their professionalism made us really happy during our long distance move. We loved it and you should definitely give them a try. We highly recommend USA Family Moving for all long distance moves.

I would just like to comment that USA Family Moving were great to deal with; the crew that packed up the house was really professional and great guys. Having moved a few times long distance, I would say they would stack up against any top company that I have seen around so far. They can give any mover a run for their money when it comes to packing and loading. Surely these guys have quality staff working for them.

USA Family Moving is remarkable. Not only their customer service but their moving crew was top notch. The treated my belongings as if they were their own. Very nice movers. Quick and efficient. Arrived on time and finished early. Highly recommend. I had three people and that was best. Two were moving the big furniture’s while the third was moving smaller items. They are professional, efficient, and hardworking and they get the job done without any damages.

Our family has used USA Family Moving. My friend recommended them because he had a lot of antiques and they didn'’t scratch or break a thing. I had some antiques as well, and thought that it would be worth it to give them a try. I did not regret it. Great job guys!

Believe all the good reviews. These guys live up to their reputation. We had to move out of state and we were sure if they could handle such a large move. They did a wonderful job and were very professional and responsive. Do not hesitate to use them.

My movers were excellent: fast, careful, and courteous. The team treated our furniture as their own and more importantly treated us respectfully. I have to say three important things about them. First, the price was reasonable - not outrageous like most moving companies. Second, they are very flexible - change my move date a few times due closing date changes. And third, they were extremely professional - no broken furniture or walls! Good job. They really know how to please their clients.

They guys were so thorough, helpful and fast. We were hoping to stay under the two hour minimum time allotment, and they did a remarkable job of moving my entire one bedroom apartment in that amount of time. They guys were great, friendly, careful, and quick.

We had a pretty complicated move - had to pack and move out of our old condo. We had them pack our kitchen in the old condo because we have lots of glassware that we needed packed well and carefully. They were excellent, quick, efficient and very nice. Very happy overall.

Movers arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were super quick and helpful. When they accidentally packed something not intended to be moved they quickly took it from truck. The experience was much better than I expected. When they got to new home, they unpacked and put everything in place. even put on the bed skirt before replacing the mattress. Nothing was damaged. Only complaint was they left packing material but perhaps that is normal.

The moving team was awesome. They arrived right on time. They were very careful with my household goods and were very efficient. My move included numerous stairs and obstacles at both locations and they took great care in ensuring that both my furniture and my walls, etc. were not damaged in the process.

First, the estimate we received was one of the lowest and there were no surprises. Our sales associate explained everything in detailed and answered all our questions. Then on the day of the pickup that team was excellent, professional, and personable and made sure our furniture was wrapped and protected. Last, the delivery team was as professional and courteous to make sure that all our belongings were unwrapped and placed where we wanted them. We would recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

I want to say thank you to the guys responsible for moving my belongings. They worked hard and efficient getting me into my new home. This was my first move where nothing was broken. We had an extremely positive and helpful experience with the office staff and the movers, which made the move a positive experience. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly. I just want to say first that I lived on the 2rd floor of my apartment complex. The moment the movers arrived, they were friendly and ready to work. These men were as friendly and helpful as the men that help me move to this apartment complex almost five years ago. I have recommended them to some friend and co-workers after my first use of this company. Great costumer service without ant complains. I will use them again.

My move with USA Family Moving went very smoothly. I scheduled the move about a month in advance. It was to move my elderly Mom and Dad from their senior apartment into an assisted care building. I reserved one large truck and two men. My parents had a LOT of stuff packed in their two bedroom apartment and two storage lockers. The day before the move they called me to confirm and go over the details. On the day of the move they called a half an hour before they arrived on time. We didn't quite have everything boxed up when they got there (our fault) but no problem they helped us box several more things up including a big screen TV. Each truck carries some additional packaging material you can buy if needed for a very fair price. It helped remove a lot of the stress because they were able to still do the move even though we weren't finished boxing everything. Over all they were extremely fair with the pricing. I like that their hourly rate is pretty low and they charge in 15 minute intervals. This is the second time I use their service and they were great both times.

We'd had a less than satisfactory experience with our move last year. We decided to hire the USA Family Moving and explained how dissatisfied we were last year. This move was much better- timely, professional, and very friendly workers. We were so happy this time around.
