They ( USA Concrete Brick & Stone Mike Plummer) would not do anything about repair or replacement. Blamed cracks on concrete company when the problem was really the placement and number of expansion joints. Filed suit in February 2012. $6900 for cost of pool deck. Won law suit because owner Mike Plummer never appeared for court, then or anytime since. Filed for garnishment of banks accounts. Account my check went to was closed and moved per legal answer from bank. Filed interrogatory for discovery of bank accounts. Sheriff tried three times to serve and every time employees at office would hide when they saw Sheriff coming. Had interrogatory served by private process server I hired. Process server gave documents to owner Mike Plummer in person. Plummer then got in his truck and threw served papers out window as he drove off. Filed motion to compel. For Plummer to appear in court. Sheriff tried again two times to serve this document and on second attempt employees at office location told Sheriff company had moved. Went to Post Office for this location and with documents showing what happened the postmaster checked to see if any change of address was in system. No change of address has been filed. Now owner is in contempt of court. During this last 8 months the defendant (USA Concrete Brick & Stone, Mike Plummer) has never answered any certified mail sent to his office or has appeared at any court date. This guy knows how to beat the system. Do not use them or their other company USA Driveways for any concrete work.

Mike was the first (of 6) to respond to a request for a small (7'x10') driveway addition. He was prompt and professional and got back to us quickly with a fair quote. He worked with us to get the job done quickly by combining our job with another. Craig arrived early and stayed until the job was completed. It is very obvious that Craig takes great pride in his work. Our kids (while putting hand prints in the concrete) caused some grass to blow onto his work. He took the time to pick out each piece of grass so the job was perfect! He was patient with our kids and the concrete looks great!

We were very pleased with the work Mike and his team did on these projects. They were on time and completed the work quickly. I will use them again should I have any concrete work done in the future.

We called and got an estimate quickly. Mike worked with us regarding scheduling so that we could get some porch repair done prior to his company starting the driveway. We were scheduled promptly, and they actually were able to get to our work even sooner than planned. There was a huge crew at our house, and the concrete work was largely done in one day. The next day, they returned to clean up and finish up, and to build a step to the front porch that we had contracted for also. The workmanship is outstanding. The concrete was meticulously finished: lots of attention to details. They actually leveled our driveway out more than it had been, and that looks great also. Additionally, everyone I worked with from this company was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Mike came to give an estimate and was on time. We discussed all the options and he called back with the details. Upon receiving approval from my HOA, Mike brought by some sample materials. The work started the next week and was completed in 3 days. They made some additional recommendations due to some poor work from my deck contractor and I had them complete those tasks for a small additional fee. Once funding allows, I will have them back to do more work.

They were very professional. They had good ideas and were price concious. They showed up when they were supposed to. They did what they said they were going to do. They went above and beyond, and we were very happy.

We can't say enough good things about USA Concrete Brick and Stone and the owner and company estimator Adam Garner. This being the second job they've done for us, they continued to stand out as an excellent company to hire. The job was closely supervised from beginning to end and Adam communicated with us regularly leaving no detail left undone. If we had any questions, he answered our calls either directly or returned them within a few minutes. All employees were pleasant and they cleaned up the job site and even pressure washed the street to remove any dirt. The day after the sod was laid, Adam knocked on our door. He had remembered seeing our tripod sprinkler behind a bush. I looked out at the lawn and he had hooked it to our hose, set it up, and turned it on and instructed me on the proper care and maintenance of the new sod. Basically, he's just a nice and professional person.
