They are very good. They can package and box up your items for you if you request. Their prices are also very reasonable.
Description of Work: I used UPS to send some packages to Thailand as well as other places around the world.

I’m still in shock. The local driver came by to inspect the box, which I no longer had, and he said I couldn’t claim without the box. Then, he became rather rude and verbally abusive with me. He said he was going to write down that I was refusing to make a claim. As he left he refused to give me his name. He also said, concerning the condition of items, to move on and get over it. No one was accountable and they kept putting the blame on someone else and then on me.
Description of Work: My package arrived and I received a note on my door. I was not given a waiting window for when it might expect it. I spent three hours with their service, was hung up on by several representatives, and had two long hold-times. They kept passing me from person to person. I was waiting on some very personal, valuable things from my sister in Portland. I paid my sister who sent and insured the package. When I went to pick up the package, it was in a box that was sloppily put together, the roller was on the outside of the box, and when I opened the box, there was no packing popcorn and it was half empty. My sister described the box to me and it was different than the box I received. She had used packing popcorn and had wrapped each item individually, so it was obviously opened during the process.

Since I do not believe UPS will do the right thing by compensating me my lost $16 dollars cab fare I,I will file complaints against UPS with the local BBB.org ,Georgia Attorney Generals Office and Angie's List.I did not wake up this morning looking for a fight against UPS. However since UPS started this I'm going to finish it.I suggest closing down UPS on weekends since UPS cannot function to full capacity .
Description of Work: I was promised a call back by a UPS supervisor by two UPS employees on 5/29/2010.I never received one.UPS sent me to a store in Troy that was closed at 1 pm after telling me over the phone the store hours were open until 3 pm.It is UPS responsibility to provide customers with accurate current information about UPS stores. UPS should be responsible to call their stories to verify their hours NOT the customer. I am holding UPS responsible for wasting my time and for the $16 round trip taxi fare.UPS employees Vicky ID # 2620 from the Virginia call center can verify my account and admitted that UPS made an error by sending me the wrong store hours. I have my cab receipt if UPS wants a copy of it
