+ -1 moreThey did a good job on the installation but have been very difficult ever since. Services in 2011 went ok although frequently cigarette butts left on premise and sometimes difficult to tell if all services performed. Skimmers sometimes left full. 2012 we asked several times for estimates to replace a heater and never heard from them. They closed the pool last year. This year they did not call to open so we made other arrangements with thrasher. Thrasher indicated that the pool had not been closed properly and that the pipes had not been winterized. I'm glad we have switched.
Description of Work: Tuxedo refurbished our old pool in 2011 as part of an overall backyard landscaping job. This required moving existing pool equipment, reconfiguring the pool, adding stairs, new decking, new water lines. We hired them to provide pool services in 2011 and 2012.

Description of Work: Weekly pool cleaning. Dependable. Always same day and about the same time. Techs are friendly and accommodative and point out matters which need/will need attention. Sometimes in summer seemed to be short-handed with only one tech. Frequently two techs get it done quickly and thoroughly. Did not use the other firm mentioned.

+ -1 moreTuxedo provides very consistent service. They are responsive to calls when filter system has problems or the pool needs extra cleaning or extra chemicals need to be put in.
Description of Work: Weekly maintenance for one month; chemicals including chlorine, algaecide and diatomaceous earth.
