PLANS THAT WERE DISCUSSED AND DRAWN UP WITH SALESMAN, RON, WERE NEVER GIVEN TO WORKERS. FROM START TO FINISH JOB WAS NOT PROPERLY SUPERVISED; HOMEOWNER PROVIDED MAJORITY OF QUALITY CONTROL. (AT TIMES IT SEEMED LIKE, ''LESS-THAN-EXPERIENCED'' HANDYMEN WERE DOING SPECIALTY WORK.) THE FINISHED PRODUCT TURNED OUT VERY NICE. HOWEVER, IF I HAD TO DO IT AGAIN I WOULD HAVE SUBBED OUT ENTIRE PROJECT AS I SPENT TOO MUCH TIME IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE WHEN I EXPECTED THE GC TO TAKE CARE OF IT.
Description of Work: FINISH APPROXIMATELY 1,600 SQ FT OF AN UNFINISHED BASEMENT. JOB INCLUDED CREATING BATHROOM, 2 BRS, HOME THEATER, FULL KITCHEN, OFFICE, AND RECREATION AREA. COMPANY HIRED A GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE JOB.
