Truck and I

Started on time. Loaded truck quickly. No damage. Travel time promptly. Unloaded quickly with no damage. Placed all items accurately. Communicated well. Billed per estimate.

They were very good. They were very careful with everything. They stuck to their quote.

The best moving experience we have had. Within metro Atlanta, this was our fourth move. Truck and I arrived on time for: estimate, packing, and move. They were professional and worked very hard.

These guys did an incredible job! They started right on time at 9am, and never let up till the job was done after 5:45pm. We have several antiques that require special handling, and in each and every case they were especially careful (zero damage!). The move required items to be placed in three levels... and there was not one scuff mark on any wall or staircase in the house. Also, they used runners everywhere so that our carpets would be protected. Bottom line, they did an outstanding job. We will use them again and I recommend them without hesitation!

We have used Truck and i two times and both times nothing got broken and the moves went very smooth. The movers were on time and they all were very experienced, courteous and treated all of our belongings with much care which it was very important for us since we have several antique family pieces. I honestly can say that they were worth every penny and that we would use them again!

Truck and I was awesome! I only had a week before my move had to take place. Cynzia came to the house to give me an estimate. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. She responded very quickly with the estimate. The crew of 5 men arrived within the time frame they gave me. They gave me a call as they were coming so I knew just when to expect them. I cannot say enough about how professional they all were. They were great guys who did an amazing job packing the house up in 2.5 hours. They were very careful and very efficient. They had estimated 3 vaults, but were able to get everything onto 2, saving me money. My items will be on the 2 vaults in their climate controlled facility until I am ready to have them deliver everything. I could not be happier and I am confident that the next part of the move will go equally well.

Roger and crew arrived on time and undertook a survey of what was moving/staying. They then set to work, wrapping furniture, delicate items and packing everything in their truck. Estimated time including transit was 5.5 hours - they completed the move in 5 - so excellent work on the estimation. Absolutely nothing was damaged - pictures, mirrors, furniture arrived unscratched and without any damage to either home - not even a wall scrape. They used runners on the floors to reduce tracking muck around and cleaned up all their packing and wrapping materials afterwards. They also moved computers and a large TV without incident. Very highly recommend Truck and I for moving.

The guys showed up even a little early (though there was a slight hiccup in internal communication - we asked that the guys call us when they were en route so that we could meet them on site, since we had a window in which they could arrive; instead they called us when they arrived, and they had to wait for us for a few minutes). But we asked the guys to be particularly careful to fully wrap every inch of the set, including even the bottom of every chair leg. Our goal was to move the entire dining room set (which was in pristine condition) without adding any nicks to it - and that's very unlikely with most movers. But the guys were very respectful, responsive, and worked hard. They were very careful and were great when I asked for anything more/extra. They wrapped and loaded everything beautifully. The crew chief was great in his interactions with us and in keeping an eye on everything going on. They unloaded everything very carefully into our home, placed everything exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up anything from themselves, and were very pleasant and polite. The furniture came through beautifully. We've done a fair number of moves, and our experience with movers has run the gamut. But these three guys provided the best experience we've ever had; I'd be happy to use them again or recommend them. If I used them again, I'd dig through my paperwork to see if I could find the names of the specific crew chief in order to ask for him.

How'd it go? It didn't! When I saw this nonsense (including a pick up time that was different than my phone reservation) I called one of the other companies on Angie's list to see if the time slot I wanted was still available. Once I confirmed my move with another company, I emailed Truck and I back to cancel the reservation. Bottom line: I felt misled/deceived and would not do business with this company again.

The Truck and I crew moved me this morning. They were on time and worked efficiently to complete the job without any damage. The team was very nice and great to work with!

Everything was unbelievable. I've just terrible experiences with movers and these guys were just great.

The move went very well. In fact they had so many people moving that we felt almost under prepared. They were awesome! Very professional, took great care of our stuff and it was a great overall experience as far as moving goes.

They called initially to say they would be 15mins later than planned which was very nice of them. Great team of 2 guys showed up and were very organized. Surveyed the rooms (3) to be emptied and proceeded to pack everything in the truck in an organized way.They was no banging of furniture on walls and staircase and definitely no time wasting. Un loading at the new house was efficient and they assembled everything as before and left the place in a neat and tidy state. Very nce to work with,friend, efficienty and hard working. Overall move took 4.5 hours and I was more than satisfied with the service.

They showed up exactly on time, clearly communicated what the price was going to be and coordinated with me about what was going and got right to loading. They loaded quickly and went right to the destination. They unloaded very fast and moved some furniture around when asked.

I was pleasantly surprised by the confirmation of the service a few days prior to the load. I thought this was very professional and it reassured me that my appointment was on their calendar. The two loaders arrived exactly on time, and at the right location. They were very friendly and professional. I had one bedroom suite, a living room set and boxes, etc., for them to load. They were very careful with my items and wrapped the items that needed to be wrapped. They also packed the Budget truck efficiently. It took them less than two hours. It was a great experience, and I am thankful to have found them on Angie's List. I highly recommend the services of Truck and I.

Professional, prompt, attentive.

Truck and I were awesome and I couldn't be happer with the service. They cost about the same per hour as two men and a truck but proivided four men for the job, which halped make the in-town move about 6 hours vs. 8+. Very satisfied.

We moved a 4 bedroom house. My plan at first was to move everything myself, but quickly realized that was a bad idea. I called around to a couple places and Truck and I had a great price, friendly service and could fit us in last minute (called on Monday for a Friday move). I got 2 guys and a 26ft truck. They arrive on time at 9am. We walked through the house and talked about everything that needed to be moved. We moved mostly furniture only (I had already group and disassembled, when needed, most of the furniture) and had just enough room to fit it all in the truck. They worked fast and with my help we were able to pack all the furniture, drive to the new house and unpack in 3:30 hours. The guys were really nice and moved everything were we wanted. So glad I called!!
