+ -1 moreTLC was to provide tables, chairs, linens, mushroom heater for outside Halloween party. The Mushroom heater would not ignite, party was very cold. Admittedly our driveway is long and difficult, but the delivering staff refused to move the tables, etc. up stairs. We would have been very happy to pay an additional amount had we been given the information beforehand. Re the heater, management said it worked perfectly in their warehouse and there was nothing they could do about it.
Description of Work: Delivered tables, chairs, linens to our home for a Halloween party.
