I reached an agreement with 3 Movers and A Truck on June 19, 2020 for my move from one house to another. The move was scheduled for June 29th. I reached out on June 26th to confirm and received it. I even received a call from the lead guy on the job on June 28th asking for details. My house was fairly sizable and the move needed to take place later in the afternoon. These details were shared with Neil Rouse before an agreement was reached. The lead guy asked if he could call me back (on a Sunday) but he never did. On moving day (that Monday), someone else reached out to me and said they were on the way. My wife and I were headed to our closing but my brother was there in our absence so as not to slow down the process. The original lead guy never showed up. This was a completely difference crew. They did not have the size trucks agreed upon nor the number of people which should have been four. I even rented a 26' truck personally to aid in the process. Long story short, the guys walked in complaining saying that Neil Rouse did not share the full details of the move. My brother reached out to me out of concern based on the initial complaints regarding the job and I spoke directly to the movers. One of them told me the move was going to costs me WAY more than what Neil quoted me. I was told the first three hours was a flat fee and then it would be hourly thereafter (estimated 8-hour job). Somewhere in the mix, one of the movers told Neil that a statement was made that they would not get paid. No such statement was ever made. It appears they were looking for an exit strategy because of the size of the job. In the end, they quit on the spot. The movers told my brother that they did not even work for Neil and they were filling in as a favor for the original crew that quit earlier that day. They had no padding, strings, etc. I had to be out of my sold home by 9:00 am the next morning. My attempts for a resolution with Neil Rouse fell on deaf ears to the point that he essentially stopped taking my calls and text messages. I had to pay the buyers of my home $700 for additional time to move out and paid another mover an inflated rate of at least an extra $800 for a last minute arrangement. I took back the 26' truck that I rented that was never used. In all, I ended up paying at least an additional $2,000 because 3 Movers and A Truck quit on me. The guys just sat in their trucks outside of my home. I pleaded for them to stay until Neil and I worked something out. I looked up moments later and they were gone. This was a terrible experience. Please do not ever use these guys. I even texted Neil about the additional costs thinking he'd have some compassion and offer to help. He never responded. I had several other competitive offers. I chose this company off of Neil's promise to me about the size and time of the move. He said, "We'll do whatever it takes" which ended up being a lie. They did absolutely nothing. I waited this long to get the anger and resentment out of my spirit so that I could genuinely articulate my concern without an angry undertone.

Whatever you do, AVOID 3 MOVERS & A TRUCK!!!! THE OWNER, Neil Rouse is an unscrupulous moron. His crew wrecked my wife's car with their giant truck ($1500), and lied about it to him. Although he agreed to pay, he then applied his furniture damage clause (70% of damage) to a vehicular accident. Our fault for not calling the insurance company. They also mismanaged the space and left items off the truck that I needed to spend money moving later (a common occurrence for this company according to other reviews). In shor, WHY USE A COMPANY THAT HAS AN "OUT CLAUSE" FOR DAMAGING YOUR GOODS, No BBB cert, apparently no insurance, and an owner with questionable integrity, WHEN YOU CAN SIMPLY HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. Big lesson learned.

Horribly!! You do NOT want to hire this company to move you!! This was by far, the absolute WORSE MOVING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! They were nice and accommodating to get the job, but absolutely horrific after the fact! BUYER PLEASE BEWARE!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE ON THEIR WEBSITE! And the guy called “Maverick is the absolute worse. He was the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in the service industry. I hired this company to move me from Atlanta GA to Manchester GA (80 miles) on May 31, 2017. My primary issues with this company are as follows. 1) The movers arrived 2 ½ hours late. 2) They sent only 2 men for what was obviously a 3-man job; then told me I had to pay more money for their mistake in underestimating the job. 3) When I refused to pay more for their mistake, “Maverick” threatened “to have the techs take my furniture off the truck and leave it in the parking lot of the apartment complex.” (This was at midnight mind you!) I believe that had I not told him I would call Dekalb County police if they took my furniture off the truck and not put it back in the apartment as they found it, they would have indeed left it in the parking lot. 4) They left several items that they said they were not able to fit on the truck. Therefore, I had to pay 2 extra day’s apartment rent & procure storage space for the furnishings that were left. Plus make a trip back to Atlanta to retrieve it. 5) When I requested contact information for the owner and/or corporate to file a complaint, Maverick stated, “they are not available.” Note: no corporate contact information or mailing address appears on their website… and the only phone number is the number that “Maverick” answers. In hindsight, that should have been my first clue. In conclusion, suffice it to say, the added stress of dealing with this company in addition to the stress of moving raised my blood pressure significantly!! I have not received a response to repeated messages sent via the website contact link. Stay as far away from these people as you can.
