Horrible. I won a lawsuit and I still have to fight to get paid. They were using my place to rent as a luxury unit as my house was in pristine condition. They changed the locks and put cheap locks in, took my washer and dryer and all the hardwood floors were completely ruined.. the business was not even located where the official address is! The owner is a con artist and tries to avoid every legal avenue. Do not do business with this company.

Horrible ! I viewed the rental unit with their agent and at first glance everything seem to be in order. Upon signing the rental agreement with them I was immediately told not to communicate in any way with the building's staff at Twelve Centennial Park because my month to month stay was not allowed by the management. I was told that I would have no access to a mail box and I was to neither send nor receive any packages there. After moving in, I began closing the blinds of the floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that faced that other balconies only to discover that nearly one half of the wall covered by the huge sliding glass doors had no covering/ blinds. The blinds had been raised so this was not noticable during the walk through. And the 30+ floors of hotel and condo residences were looking directly into both the bedroom and living rooms. I contacted the office and was initially told that it was not something included in the $3500 per month rental fee paid to the agency. And it took me more than ONE MONTH of drama to finally get blinds installed. But this was just the tip of the iceberg... After staying up nearly all night unpacking, I finally went to bed around 4am only to discover that at 5am the unit was 10 feet from the downtown MARTA station where all of the city buses gather each morning to line up their beeping buses and warm up their engines. But, this was not to be outdone by the homeless shelter that was positioned one block down the street, The people gathered all night right outside the bedroom window all night to drink, shout and party. You ask, could it get worse? Oh, yes! After unpacking, I decided to rent a DVD to relax. I invited a friend over for a nice meal and movie. When I went to put the DVD in the player, I discovered that the cords were rolled up and not connected. After some time to connect it, I discovered that the unit DID NOT EVEN WORK ! During dinner I found that this "Luxury" rental did not have a sharp knife anyway, only a few butter knives. It had three small, cheap bowls, one that was chipped/ broken. The glasses had cracks. The cabinets had bugs crawling everywhere (the small print in the lease stated bug control was not included), the bathroom light fixture was absent with a raw bulb shining there, there were large chunks of food UNDER the master BED. After a few days of clogged sinuses, I decided to open the AC filter to discover the dirtiest filter I have ever seen. The dirt was a thick as a wool sweater over the entire filter and internal air box. I actually went to Home Depot and bought a new filter just to sleep and breath over the weekend. Okay, was this all? oh, not even close..... I was told there was a computer desk and an internet connection. So, I brought my computer that I need for my work, only to find that the desk did not had a chair. As for that matter, there was only only large damaged leather chair in the entire condo. So, there I sat in the hallway in an oversized chair trying to work at my computer. After complaining, days later they did drop off a tiny rolling stool that was roughly the size of a kindergarten chair. No arms, not high enough to reach the keyboard, with a seat about the size of a dinner plate. "Luxury"... you bet ! So, was that endurable for a 5 month stay... wait, there is much more.... After days of multiple phone calls and emails attempting to fix any of the issues, finally I was asked if an employee could come in to check the uncovered windows. I replied that I would be okay if they were an employee or accompanied by an employee, for security purposes because many of my valuable were stored there during my home repair. Well, one morning while I was fresh out of the shower and locating my clothes, I looked up to find a man standing feet away INSIDE the condo with me undressed !! No, knock, nothing... just given a key and let loose. As I found out, he was not even an employee, but an outsider hired to measure the windows. I complained about this intrusion and breach of security. Then.... a couple weeks later I arrived home to find that the 7 tiny paper blinds that they had paperclipped together and taped over the windows as a temp fix HAD been re-arranged.... while I was at work... without notice or even a note left on the counter to let me know someone had been in the condo. Well, I could go on, and on, and on about the rudeness that I was met with when bringing these issues to thier attention, about the delays in their responses, about the other problems, about my eventual packing all my stuff back up and MOVING to another location after giving them a required NOTICE and about the late (of course) return of my security deposit... But, if you have read this, you get the idea. And you are still willing to roll the dice and work with Adrian Wells or any version of the Wells Luxury Group or the Solid Source Reality... well, ... you just might get to experience the 2 month NIGHTMARE that I endured.
