Left them with my battery-driven Black & Decker lawnmower, which wouldn't start. They said it could take 3 weeks to fix, but probably not that long. They claimed they replaced the batteries (claimed at that time it needed two batteries), but then couldn't start it, so claimed they discovered a cable was bad. Claimed they ordered a cable. Called them repeatedly after 2 months had passed and couldn't get anyone to call me back. When I went in after 3 months to get my lawnmower, they had a lot of trouble finding my name/order number. I told them I would just pay for the batteries and take it somewhere else. They charged me for one battery because it only takes one. I now have to find another person to fix it. Not sure if they even replaced the battery. While I was waiting in their office, another gentlemen came in wanting his mower back because they had had it for 4 months.
Description of Work: Battery replacement, maybe.
