My wife and I feel so fortunate to have met and worked with Paul Scannell of the Graham-Seeby Group. We had been house shopping for several years and had met many local real-estate agents through open-houses or by introduction. Everyone was always nice and informative, but it was not until I met Paul that I found someone who I really sensed cared about me and my family. I recognize that sounds like hyperbole, but I truly mean it. Before ever really talking about contracts or having a formal relationship, Paul met with me and my wife on multiple occasions just to get to know us. He really took time to not just understand what we were looking for in a house (though he certainly did that), but also know and understand us in the larger context of our life. During the search process through offer negotiations and finally closing, Paul provided guidance without ever feeling aggressive or pushy. He really allowed the home-buying experience to be ours. He is the consummate professional and always made himself available. We had many conversations well after typical work hours. I would recommend Paul to anyone for their real-estate guidance without hesitation. I really cannot say enough great things about him. If you want someone to find you a dwelling, there are plenty of agents in Atlanta. If you want someone to help you find a home, you should call Paul.

The Graham Seeby Group (GSG) provided me with the easiest real estate transactions ever (of eight I've done). A truly great Atlanta team! John Prather, as my buyer's agent, listened well and was responsive and very knowledgeable. He was patient as I sorted through options after being recently widowed. John found me the perfect Decatur townhouse in a fast-paced marketplace and then negotiated hard for a favorable deal. At the same time, Justin Seeby listed my west Midtown house and secured multiple offers in 4 days, several above list price. Justin also suggested a contractor to handle a surprise stemming from the inspection report, and ensured that the issue was solved for my buyers at minimal expense to me. The closings were seamless - done in a law firm across the hall from GSG and back-to-back one day, with no problems. John and Justin worked together to make certain that all details were on track and that I was kept informed throughout the process. They each were professional, considerate, and kept humor in a sometimes stressful life event - making it as pain-free as possible. I highly recommend both agents and the office!

Tracey Holden is an amazing realtor. If you are looking for someone to have your best interest in mind throughout the entire home buying process, look no further. Not only did Tracey help us put in offers on multiple homes, she also assisted us with contractors to assist us with the minor repairs that our home needed. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with us and a lot of fun to work with. as first time buyers there are a lot of things we would never think about when viewing homes and he was very helpful and thorough during the process.
