They are very thorough, the ladies are professionals, I'm always satisfied with the job when they come out.

I learned of this company from a flyer placed in my mailbox. I should have been wary of this company when it took two days just to receive a call back from the owner of the sales office in my immediate area of Atlanta to gain a telephone estimate of what it might cost to complete the cleaning of our home. When I did receive a call back, after I made multiple calls to the office, I was quoted a price and then scheduled an in-home estimate with the owner of the office. When she came to our home, she quoted us a significantly higher price than previously indicated, but since our home needed detailed cleaning, we accepted the quoted price with no argument or question. Then, on the following Monday morning, when the house cleaners were expected to arrive, no one showed up! After several hours, I phoned the office and the owner told me that no one was coming and that it would have to be Tuesday, or later, when they could clean my home because people had called in absent. I asked her why she had not called me to tell me, as I had arranged to spend my whole day at home to be with the cleaners. She told me she had sent me an email the night before at almost MIDNIGHT stating she was short handed and asked if I had gotten it. Of course I had not, and said that she should have called me at home the day before or that morning first thing. She grew quite defensive, but because we were going out of town and had a house sitter coming to stay with us, we needed our house cleaned and Tuesday would be alright. I then asked if she would be making any price adjustment due to the inconvenience they had caused as I had lost a whole day (Monday) to stay home for the cleaners, she grew very angry and stated that she was in the business just to make money and that I was already receiving a discounted deal (which we never asked her for in the first place). I then indicated again that we needed the house cleaned but that it was only fair to state that we might not be using them again afterwards, and she got extremely angry and said that we could not work together and that they would not be cleaning my home at all, leaving me with a couple of days to hire another house cleaning service before our trip. Then, I said "That's fine," and ended the call. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a house cleaning service, and I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer service afforded by this particular owner. They are obviously only concerned with the financial gain of the business and obtaining long term contract business instead of common courtesy and customer service. This was a very bad experience for me and I want to help others in my area avoid making the same mistake in hiring them.
