+ -1 moreLee Smith has been the best real estate agent I have worked with. This is my 6th home. He was very knowledgeable about the Atlanta area, the real estate market and closing procedures. He responded to questions almost immediately and spent as much time as necessary at each showing until I was ready to leave. He arrived at each meeting prepared with information on each house i was interested in plus he would suggest areas and houses that matched my criteria. He was an assest at the closing, actually saved me money!
Description of Work: Realtor performed searches, showed houses, showed areas, gave advice on real estate market. Handled the purchase of condo.

+ -1 moreI was happy with this real estate company. I worked with a gal that was good. I was happy with her searches and I think she worked hard. I would use this company again since my first experience with them was positive in nature.
Description of Work: This real estate agency which is local to my area helped me sell my old, maybe 2200 square foot home and find my new 1500 square foot home. I am not going to comment on what I pay them.

+ -1 moreMelissa has taken time with us that she really does not have to help us. She is so helpful and so accommodating. She goes out of the way to be helpful. She will do stuff on the spot and she always answers the phone too. If Grant Park is where you want to live, she is the person to use. She goes above and beyond her call of duty and we so appreciated that.
Description of Work: Melissa Morgan with Keller Williams found us our new home in this area that is probably between 1500 and 2500 square feet. I can't really say anything about prices without consulting my records.
