Terri & her crew were a pleasure to work with. They were on time and performed all work we requested in a timely and professional manner. We are very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again. Terri was very willing to accommodate our last minute changes and worked with us to stay within our budget.

Terri is very professional, gave me a fair price and she had 2 painters on the job 2 days; she helped them paint the last day so they would be done before my Open House. The painters were flawless, and I think she actually had them repaint an extra coat because she was such a perfectionist. I am totally satisfied with Terri's work and recommend her whole-heartedly.

One word describes the service provided by Terri... EXCEPTIONAL! In search of a local painter for a small job in my apartment I searched Angie's List and came across Terri's Quality Painting LLC. After reading through the reviews and seeing some amazing photos of her work, I decided to give the company a call. I was warmly greeted by the owner, Terri. I briefly explained the job to her and asked her how I can proceed with scheduling up a consultation. Terri stated that she could complete the free consultation the same day and after a brief text exchange she provided me a time. Terri arrived to my property a few minutes before her scheduled arrival time, major plus. After escorting her into my apartment, I proceeded to show her the wall I was requesting her services for. To set the stage, I moved into my apartment about a month ago and had gone back and forth with the maintenance team on repairing and painting a wall that was not completed correctly following the previous tenancy. It was apparent where the tenant mounted their TV and after multiple back and forth emails with the property maintenance supervisor about the damage, I gave up and stated to them I would hire my own painter and have the job cost taken off the rent for the next month. I explained the circumstance to Terri and she confirmed that the job appeared botched and needed to be corrected. She provided a quote for the job and then did the unthinkable. She asked me if I had spoken with the property manager to escalate the issue and ask her to come by my unit and see the wall for herself. I explained to Terri that I copied the manager on previous emails and have gotten nowhere. Terri explained that I needed to go and talk to the manager personally and offered to walk with me to the leasing office and provide her professional assessment of the repairs needed. Terri stated to me that the property should be taking responsibility for the paint job and bring back in the original painting company to correct the issue. Together, to my surprise, we walked to the leasing office. We sat in the office for over 10 minutes as the manager handled other tasks. Terri and I sat and chatted about our businesses as we continued to wait. Moments later, we had the managers full attention and Terri took it away. She introduced herself and explained why she as called. I showed the manager photos of the wall and shared what had been done thus far. Immediately, the manager got on the phone with the service manager and began making arrangements to have the original painters come back out. Before leaving, the manager gave me her confirmation that they would get the issue resolved no later than 12pm the following day. As Terri and I left the office I couldn't thank her enough for her gesture and offered to pay her for the consultation and the time she took to speak to the manager on my behalf. She refused ALL payment advances, even though I insisted. She simply asked for word of mouth referrals. Her service was through the roof -- I probably told 5 people this story because it is truly remarkable to me. She didn't pursue the job like 99% of companies would have. Instead she took a route that speaks volumes to her business pratices, morals and values and I will consistently refer her company! Not to mention, several days later, Terri texted me asking if the complex took care of the painting job as promised and I confirmed they had. This is the type of service you don't come across often so when you do you scream about it from the mountain tops or sit and write a long review like this one....LOL!!! She was professional and fully communicated with us about timelines, costs, and materials. She was on the job site multiple times checking in with her crew and making sure we were satisfied. They completed the work in 7 days. No stray paint was on our beams nor our floors. Her crew was professional; cleaned up every day before they left, and worked very hard while here. It was obvious that she also takes great care to hire individuals who take pride in their work. I carefully observed Terri as she interacted with her crew and she treated them with respect and clearly communicated what needed to be done. We would recommend her to others and would certainly use her again.

Terri and her crew are the best painters I've ever used. We have used Terri multiple times due to her quality, attention to detail and ensuring she takes the time to do the job right. They make sure that the surfaces are prepared appropriately including patching holes, leveling out areas and sanding smooth. They paint carefully, making sure that they clean up each and every day at the end of the shift. Look no further than Terri. The prices are right and the work is the best.

I believe we had them out here for an estimate last year and that[00:44] we ended up going with another painter. The best part that she was very personable and obviously an expert in her field

It went great. Terri communicated very well at every step. Whatever she promised happened. We contacted Terri about two weeks ago. She walked through and gave us a quote. We had a few additional expenses (we changed colors after she ordered, and added a few small jobs) but everything was clear. Her and her crew showed up on time and left on time. At the end of the job, the place is completely clean. The paint work was expertly done. For her part Terri was delightful to work with. Terri did amazing work. We'd recommend her to anyone, and if we have any painting needs in the future we'll be calling Terri.

We used Terri and team before when we painted our very red kitchen to a light blue. Just like the first job, their team did an amazing job! Terri came out within a day to look over the job and provide me with a quote. There was a lot of work that needed done, particularly on the larger bedroom that was a bright purple. The quote was honestly higher than I expected, but she worked with me on the quote, which I certainly appreciated. Each day they were prompt and went straight to work, I never had to worry about checking in on them and was always surprised about the amount of progress that was made. Both rooms turned out fantastic and without a doubt we will always use Terri and team for any painting jobs. Hiring someone for painting can be scary, especially on rooms that have a lot of focus in the home. If you want someone that does quality work, is reliable and will not disappoint you in any way - Terri is your woman!

Terri called me literally within minutes of my online request and came out the next day to give an estimate. Her estimate was in the upper range, but she included more work than the others. She noticed right away some issues that needed to be included that others did not. She estimated 2 weeks for the job and finished right on time. Every day she and her crew were prompt, careful in moving things, and clearly are professional painters. Every evening they cleaned and put away their materials. I could not be more happy with the results! I highly recommend Terri.

Integrity, pleasant, punctual, pride of workmanship, attention to detail. All words that describe Terri. The first job she did for us included painting some in the interior, and pressure washing and painting the exterior trim, guttters & garage doors. Interior corners and edges were very clean. She and her crew were very careful to cover furniture and floors that were exposed, so there was not a spot on anything that wasn't meant to be painted. The exterior was finished just as nicely. We asked Terri to come back a few months later to sand, stain and finish a new stair rail and posts. Once again, a job well done. We former "do-it-yourselfers" will now call Terri for any other painting needs we have.

I never redeemed the services. If possible I would like to have a credit back on the $100 and reschedule to have a room painted.

Terri and her crew were great. I had a kitchen with textured paint that had to be smoothed out, extensive drywall repairs, custom paint job on my stairs to match floor, ceiling, trim and walls. They came in and took care of everything and it looks really awesome.

Terri and her crew, Kevin and Leno, did a magnificent job! My home was built 4 and a half years ago and Terri & crew fixed the imperfections from the builder as well as the imperfections from 3 previous painters. These guys paid attention to what I wanted & seen where I was trying to go and they got me there. They exceeded my expectations. I have to say that when Leno hung my 2 story drapes, I didn't have to tell him how to tie them. He tied them perfect & that made my day because I have OCD and that would have driven me crazy if they were tied like the previous painters did. (I wasn't home when they hung them & when I got off work, they wouldn't get back on the ladder to fix them.) 2 thumbs up for paying attention to the small details. I love how Terri was onsite nearly every day along with her workers. She would come first then they would show up an hour or two later & she would stay just about all day as well. They are super quiet! If it was weren't for the noise from the ladder or paint roller, I wouldn't know that they were even here. I love, love, love my first floor now & I can't wait to get them back to do my 2nd floor. Amazing!!! Thank you guys for a job well done.

Superb work! Highly recommend this company! Terri and her staff were GREAT to work with. They even came back and fixed some areas that my dogs messed up AFTER they completed the work, for FREE! Punctual, attentive to detail, even offered advice about what did and did not need to be done to prep my home for sale.

Outstanding service! Terri provided a complete estimate and proceeded to complete the work within the week. All work was done very professionally and promptly. Unlike other painters we have used there was no pressure to do additional painting work. Wall preparation and painting were outstanding. The estimate held true. We will call Terri's team first for any future painting.

Terri came out and gave us an estimate for the job. She is always punctual, professional, and helpful. Kevin and his crew arrived on time. They completed the work. Everything they did looked perfect. I will continue to use them. I have also recommended them highly to family members and friends.

Awesome. They were quiet as mice, cleaned up after themselves and did great work. Their lines are straight. They really took their time to sand and mud rough spots on he walls. No complaints about quality at all. Very nice. The only criticism I would have is that they did take a long time to finish. However, they were so nice, quiet and pleasant to have around that I didn't mind at all. A+ Will use them again.

We will definitely use Terri for more projects down the line. Our kitchen was painted a very bright red by the previous owners, since we moved in we have been wanting to paint it a light blue but we have vaulted ceilings in the breakfast nook and a lot corners throughout the kitchen area so we shied away from doing it ourselves. We contacted Terri via Angie's email system and received a response right away. I provided pictures of the area and we were able to establish a quote via telephone conversations. After we accepted their quote, she was able to arrange a date to do the work the following week. The team did two coats of primer and then painted the blue we selected. They arrived at the time they gave us and cleaned up at the end... The work itself is amazing and I couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using Terri for every painting project (inside and outside) for now on.

Terri was the first to answer my calls and the first to give a quote. Her price was not the lowest but worth it. She did a professional job with quality paint. There's very little leftover paint, so she planned it perfectly. Terri and her employee Lino did all of the edging freehand and quickly. No blue tape! A couple of things needed to be changed along the way and they were completed as requested. I recommend Terri for any painting jobs!

The workers were professional and the work was high quality.

This was one of the worst painting contractors that I have ever hired. I hired Terri to support a woman-owned business and paid 20% more than any other bid I got for the paint job. My hope was that it will be a job well done with attention to detail as I couldn't supervise myself with my work schedule. But I was sadly mistaken and disappointed. Terri leaves it to her subs to do the job on their own and does not supervise adequately. The problems were more than one and I can't even undo these easily. 1) Did not pressure wash the garage side of house at all, when I pointed out, Terri said they will do it before painting begins, but then her guys proceeded to paint over the dirty garage door. 2)I think they broke two of my storm windows glasses and threw away the glass frame - and then claimed they were not there to begin with! I understand that things break and sometimes go wrong - Had they been honest, at least I could have have the glass repaired for 20 bucks, now I will have to buy new storm windows. 3) Failed to scrub down the metal banisters to remove old paint by the front door before painting. Now I have a lumpy finish on the front entrance to my house. 4) Was late in finishing the job - said three to four days max., it actually got done over 2 weeks, some of the days, no one even showed up at the job site. I had called the 3 references Terri gave me - who had great things to say about her work. but unfortunately after my experience, I question their credibility.

They did a good job overall. They were very responsive to the small things I pointed out that I thought needed to be fixed or redone. Terri is a kind professional person and very easy to work with. I was able to communicate with her at anytime. They did underestimate the time it would take to finish the job which did interfere a bit with other subcontractors. Overall I was pleased with the service and would use them again.
