Throughout the search for the right house, Terence was patient and courteous. He gave us expert advice which guided and shaped our searches. He even made time on very short notice to show us the house that we would eventually come to purchase.As luck would have it, we picked a home that was on the FHA pre-foreclosure short sale program. Terence was there every step of the way, communicating with the seller’s agent, our mortgage lender, and the attorney’s office in charge of the short sale. It was a frustrating process, but Terence made it as painless as possible.Terence makes sure to take care of you in the best possible manner. From following up to your questions promptly, knowing the process, and being just an all around great person, Terence understands how to navigate the waters and protect your interests at every turn.We would whole-heartedly and without reservation recommend Terence to anyone needing a real-estate agent. And when we need a real estate agent, we will be calling him first.
Description of Work: Realtor for our first time home purchase in Canton, GA. He took us out to see houses I picked out from listings online, and showed us a couple he found on his own. He was very patient in letting us take our time viewing the houses, especially since we didn't know what we wanted right away. The one we found was a short-sale, which he is specially qualified for such transactions which definitely made a not fun process not as bad. He constantly updated us as things progressed and got everything turned in immediately. From first contact to the closing day, Terence helped us with the home buying process every step of the way.
