Tate Electric

We were recommended to Avi by the previous owner of our house. We used him once for a small electrical problem and he did good work for a fair price. He's also a very pleasant man. Recently, we suddenly had a circuit breaker that could not be reset, causing an outage in our house on that circuit (unfortunately, the same circuit as our security system). We contacted Avi on a Sunday. On Monday he told us that the earliest he could come to the house was Friday. So, we were unable to use him; we needed a faster repair. So, our conclusion is that he is a fine electrician who does fine work at a fair price, but, at least in this case, he is really too busy to respond to an acute problem.

He's just a single person but he's great. He had to climb in the attic with installation. It was a dirty, bad job but he did a good job.

I had contacted a few electricians in the Atlanta area to investigate the electrical issues at our office off Edgewood Ave. One company came out to assess the work without using tools (or their brain) and came back with an outrageously expensive quote. I found Tate Electric on the Better Business Bureau site and am so glad we went with them. With Tate Electric, owner Avi Tate listens to his customers; troubleshoots with his tools AND his brain; and will get right to work to resolve your electrical issues at a very reasonable price! If I went with another electrician, I could have had ballasts replaced on one fixture when they didn't need to be! Honestly, Avi is worth more than he charges. He is highly recommended and highly preferred. My office will be using Tate Electric for all our electrical issues moving forward. Thanks again, Avi!!
