Chaz from T-REX is absolutely the best computer tech who has ever worked on my computers. He was prompt, very nice and personable, his rates are reasonable , and he has an amazing and very thorough knowledge of computers. He also explained to me what he was doing, and why he was doing it. I will certainly exclusively use him in the future. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Lots of decisions to make regarding how the site would look and how menus would interact. Chaz is very patient and very good at explaining things in laymen's terms. When I didn't know what I wanted, he would show me a variety of options and then help steer me to the look I was going for. He also frequently offered insight about what he knew worked well, and where an idea I had might not be optimal for a website look or function. He did much more than just execute what I asked, he offered pros and cons when decisions had to be made. Chaz has also helped me on many occasions with choosing software to meet a need and with installations of new software. He is very knowledgeable about not only websites, but also other aspects of computer maintenance and enhancements (i.e. new software and hardware) Again, his ability to simplify aspects of dealing with computers, and his patience with my lack of knowledge was a critical talent for this type of work!

They originally redesigned our entire website to be compatible with today's technologies as well as the compatibility with the clearinghouse requirements.

Chaz created our website, hosted the site, developed our email system, expanded each and all as we grew, and provided an excellent Internet marketing strategy. What needs mentioning is " How : Chaz developed our IT program, our Internet Strategy, and provided a critical tool for MJC to reach out to our customers. First, he spent time in our facility learning the various engineering products and services we offered. He spent floor time in both our engineering and development departments, in our factory, and in the QC arena. Once he felt he had a grasp of the product side of the company, an understanding followed by many digital photos of our operation and equipment, he then spent several weeks just visiting and getting to know our people. He would join us for lunch gatherings and simply chat with us. He would share stories and experiences he had come upon through the years, all the while listening to those of our people. Chaz explained to me that it's the people that truly make up the mentality of MJC and to ignore them would not enable him to depict our values and experience. During this process many of us became friends with Chaz, and remain so today. Eventually, MJC grew to the point where an in house IT professional was required. During this hand off, Chaz was instrumental in making the transition a smooth one. I am glad to say, as President of MJC, we learned a great deal from Chaz, have missed him at MJC, and still remain friends. Since I have experience with T-Rex his competence is always exceptional. He reviewed the activity and made suggestions that he felt might improve the responses. While he was there he also reviewed the performance of my network and computer. Basically I use them for any and all computer and website issues. Development as well as maintenance. T-Rex is top notch as far as I am concerned. I am not a computer person and they make it easy. PS I have relocated and still rely on T-Rex!
