Overall it went very well. Steve is very courteous with a business approach to his service. While he doesn't admit it he is also very good with colors and suggestions. We were also impressed that delivery and installation happened several weeks before we planned. Superior Shutters (Steve) is very easy to refer.

Installation was done at the agreed upon time, was quick, but immaculate. Great care was placed and they are perfect. Steve did a fantastic job on our new black-out blinds in the master and honeycomb in the office. He was able to come by right away and go over our options and pricing. Once the product came in he made arrangements to come over and get them installed as quickly as possible. We love the results! To find the best company to install wood blinds for 20+ windows in the house, I did some research and requested quotes from three A-rated companies. They all came to the house to measure, demo and provide the quotes. I went with High Country Blinds & Shutters because I felt the owner Steve explained my options the best and believed his products had a slightly higher quality. In addition, although the three quotes were close in price, Steve would remove the old window treatments with no additional charge, while the other two companies had a separate charge to remove the old shades. My experience working with Steve was very nice and easy. From ordering, delivering to installing the blinds, each and every step was either on or ahead of schedule. The whole project took less than a week to complete. Steve was very easy to communicate via phone or email and he had always followed through with what he said to do. He not only was experienced and professional but paid attention to the details. In fact, the standard he set for his work was probably even higher than my expectation. The blinds were installed with the valances and they look beautiful! I give Steve and High Country Blinds Shutters an A+ rating and would highly recommend the company.
