Two men came out and used my ladder to obtain access to my roof to inspect the solar mats that heats my pool. Upon looking up at them, I noticed the one man STANDING directly on top of one of the solar mats! He had on hiking boots. I requested he not do that and finally he walked ACROSS the mat to the roof. Upon completion of the inspection - they handed me an invoice for $59.00. I explained that no one told me I would have to pay. John called the office and said the woman I initially spoke with told me I would have to pay. Sorry, I do not remember that. They acted as though they were on a service call when in fact it was supposed to be a quote for work to be completed. They did not service or repair anything. I wrote a check and they left. I looked again on my invoice and noticed there was not even a price to complete the work I called them out to do! I called their office and asked to have them come back; she said she would; they NEVER came back.
