 + -1 moreAndrea assisted me in finding a mortgage solution best suited my needs. I called and gave her the necessary information and she took it from there. She helped to alleviate some of the pressure that goes along with buying a home by educating me on the loan process. She was also very patient and answered all of my questions. Andrea made sure I understood all of the documents and terms used before I signed anything. There were no surprises at the closing table and the whole experience went smoothly from start to finish.
Description of Work: I called Sterling and Rhodes and spoke with Andrea. She explained all of the steps necessary when purchasing a home. She asked me a few questions about my income and job. Within a few minutes she had pre-qualified me for a home loan of $180,000. Once I found a home I liked within my range I called Andrea and she gave me a small list of documents that I needed to submit. After I submitted the necessary documents to her she explained the next steps in the process. Within 48 hours I had an approval and was able to set up my closing date. At closing she helped explain every document I had to sign and made sure there were no surprises or mistakes.
